Aktive Muskulatur = gelb
Passive Muskulatur = dunkelrot
Die zur Paddelbewegung erforderlichen aktiven Muskeln leuchten gelb auf,
die passiven werden dunkelrot dargestellt. Das Training der schrägen
Bauchmuskulatur durch Rumpfrotationstraining stabilisiert den Rücken.
Der Film demonstriert eine rückengerechte Paddeltechnik in ergonomischem
Bewegungsumfang. Das Ganzkörpertraining beim Paddeln als Trainingsform
lässt die Kräfte durch den ganzen Körper fließen. Der milde aber nachhaltige
Wechsel von Druck und Zug, ausgehend von den Armen aktiviert die diagonalen Muskelschlingen, als Funktionsketten von den Händen bis in die Füße.
Die moderaten Drehbewegungen der Wirbelsäule, die sanfte Rotation des
Brustkorbes und die großen Bewegungsumfänge des Schulter-Arm-Gefüges
zeigt die Grafikanimation 2. Eine axiale Lasteinwirkung auf die Wirbelsäule von
oben unterbleibt beim Paddeln!

The video demonstrates an ergonomic paddling technique with a good and healthy range of motion. The graphic animation 1 shows the active muscles in yellow, needed for the paddling, the passive muscles in dark red. The alternating character of the paddling motion as a total body workout becomes very obvious. The harmonic flow of the energy from the hands to the feet through our body system of motion is visualized this way.
The graphic animation 2 of the skeleton is demonstrating the mild motion of the vertebral column, the soft rotation of the thorax and the good range of motion of the scapulas and the arms. An axial load onto the vertebral column is avoided in this way of training.
