ACTH suppression
high does of dexamethasone
Causes ACTH suppression
لو كانت المشكله من ال adrenal gland
مثلا انها تفرز كورزتيزول قليل ف الجسم يحاول يوازن بافراز ال ACTH
عشان كذا يكون عالي
ولكن يوم اعطيه dexamethasone من برا بيصير في ACTH suppression
ولكن اللي صار بالcase انه اخذ
High dose ولم يحدث عنده ACTH suppression معناه ان في مشكله في ال pituitary هي اللي تزيد ACTH
