These things are assembled terribly. I'm an engineer and I'll tell you guys right now those Allen screws that hold the side of the wheel on do not need thread locker. Thread locker on parts that cannot be heated is a big no no. Especially on a maintenance part like the tire! This company needs to substitute lok tite with real engineering instead of just applying glue to keep their bolts in.
When I removed calipre two washers fell and now I don’t know where they go !!! Turns out I didn’t have to remove calliper just bracket .... thanks a lot 🤦♂️
Is there a video like this for the tubeless version of the Mantis 8 Pro?
Thanks for this video.. perfect timing as I got a flat rear tire yesterday
I got so many flats I'm a tires changing master . Lol
try the tire sealant - we are hearing good things: fluidfreeride.com/products/tire-sealant-electric-scooter
@@fluidfreeride Just ordered along with a set of inner tubes 👍
Can i put a bicycle patch on this??

I met the guy that made this video. Good dude and does great work.
Yes! Greg from bikerescue.nyc! Any scooter or bike repair needs in NYC - he is your man!
Thanks for the video.
I need inner tube for mantis8. Where can I find it? I use 10inch inner tube, it goes flat in one month so quickly :)
Is this the same removal process for the Mantis 8 (wide wheel, tubeless tires)?
Do you guys make a bolt box for kabbo scooters that contains spair bolts / new bolts ? would be so useful
Why remove the hinge bolts? Not sure this is a necessary step.

You actually can do it with out removing the brakes at all!
Nice and easy! Very well thought out! Don't own one though, i don't want to get in a fight with my bike, but no harm in watching
Do you have to remove the calliper separately ? Can the bracket with calliper be removed in one piece instead ?
It is much easier to remove the caliper separately, as the caliper, naturally, has not much room to move left and right.
@@fluidfreeride Ok, thanks.
Hey guys, i would like to ask... 45psi is recommended for 70-80kg rider right? How much PSI you recommend for 100kg? 55psi is ok?
Fantastic 🤙🤙
No threadlocker needed on the split rim bolts ?
One of my six screws that attached the motor to the tire is stripped, what should I do?
Ugh same thing just happened to me. what did you do?
@@janedoe6769 I used a screw stripper and got a replacement screw
My mantis 10 has not split rim. Why is that?
👍
Great now do a Wolf warrior none on how to do it
Ginger On Wheels is a good channel to follow for all your Wolf Warrior needs..
Bullshit mantis that I'm working on with a tube has no split rim
Why take the entire off. You can do this from the other side without taking tire completely out.
for the tube change you can - for a tire replacement not so much ;)
I ran over a dog poo.
This is and has been a pain in the arse. Customer service is telling me to do the opposite via email. Not very helpful from Fluid.
Most annoying music EVER!
