I love listening to Sadhguru, he has the ability of making you feel very close to him and has aided me greatly in my own understading in recent years. His teaching has broadened my personal understanding and also my professional life with regard to my approach the men's work. I run a men's group and as we're all quarantined I whacked on one of his meditations and afterwards we all felt such a grand sense of peace. Sadhguru is a true teacher. 🙏
He absolutely is a true teacher ! We don't have many teachers like him or my teacher ( he teaches at Drukama , check it out ) . In this Kaliyuga it is so very hard to find an authentic teacher and teaching system . We are blessed to see these enlightened beings walking on earth still

Every human being is born with a Mind ,Body and Soul .Each connected to each other. All three line up to experience our existence as individuals .As a baby ,child and adult stage of our lives . If we look closely at ourselves we can come to the conclusion that we are perfectly made. To make something there has to be a designer. Something cannot come from nothing. Therefore there must be a purpose for our existence. Why should our life come to an end? This will give no purpose .We spend most of our lives ,trying to survive. It's time to look beyond our mortal life here on earth and connect with our spiritual life to eternity in what ever dimension it is.

I'm deep follower of Sadguru's fitness and his inclination toward spiritualism.

There's no story of a man carrying fully grown bull on his shoulders in Vedic literature etc but a real fact observed by Swami Vivekanand when he visited America. He saw one farmer was carrying a fully grown bull on his shoulders walking on the road. When he enquired about the astonishing feat then was told that the farmer was carrying the bull to the farm everyday since it was a small baby calf. Thus the farmer was able to do the feat. Vivekanand described the incident to explain the the importance of everyday endeavour of few steps builds the strength or is constructively helping rather than just day dreaming and finding oneself in overwhelming deep dull trench of inactivity. We find many youths wanting to do something suddenly but fail to do it. It's rather natural to do it in baby steps with some rhythm over long period of time and not yield to hollow emotional psychological spikes. Buddha indicated to see how a sparrow chirps happily in her little nest . Any endeavour doing in baby steps over a time is natural state of life which builds and not to do is psychosomatic decay and rot . If one doesn't do it then any small task also becomes overwhelming. Common sense is supreme and it's absence makes people go haphazardly and fall in trench.
Forgiveness of others is something you do for yourself.. Reconciliation with others is something you do with those who are sorry. No need to reunite with the envious, the troublemakers and the shallow arrogant ones. They serve no purpose and are completely irrelevant.

No one should think they're punishing me by depriving me of their unwanted, nagging and mind numbingly boring company.. For being burdened by such company is the real punishment and insult and will leave me wondering as to what sin I've commited by being forced in such company.
