Fear is an emotion hardwired into humans to keep us safe and grounded so to speak. To reduce it to "hallucination" and "fantasy" instead of reality is to misconstrue the whole thing ()

I've struggled with the concept of "what's after death" since I was 13. It's lead me to many sleepless nights for fear of wasting time and panic attacks. I'll be 30 soon and it still makes me want to cry. But on the opposite side, being so aware has probably made me the person I am. I enjoy helping others, but also just experiencing the weather and smaller things.
I'm still suffering from those fears, but I'm glad I found this at least.

I saw a comment once by someone and he said death is a sweet release. To some degree, I can understand this. I mean think of all the trivial things going on in the world and in our daily lives. When do most of us get a chance to relax our mind and body? Sleep. Death is just a long sleep. A time to release relax.

However, no one can help you, except yourself! From what I have understood about death, is that it’s a very easy process. It’s like sleeping that you don’t know anything while you asleep. And I don’t think all this has been created for nothingness. However, no one can say for sure that what’ll happen after death. But it’s very unlikely that it’s nothingness

Sadhguru much love to you for your teachings. Much love to you for your patience with us . Maybe you or your followers could help me with this question. I have seen 2 people that died. It was a very quick visit from them both at separate times One of them smiled at me , in he was in his body . The other came in so quickly, then stopped to look at there surroundings, then at me , and left . He also was in his body .

I don't recognize a fear of death within me because at the age of 4 I had an experience that showed me there is so very much, there is everything, beyond my physical body.
It is the pain while alive that I avoid.

      @suman9622
I have attempted to describe this. I have expanded my vocabulary.
Words do not do it any justice. More words only confuse the mind.
      In its simplest form...
In layers, my awareness expanded away from my body. I was not alone. Instantly , my awareness was within the cells of my body. Connected. All the same.
I was watching the ants work together, to excavate their home. I asked myself, "I wonder if they have any idea I am here?"
I was shown the answer and the mirror. All is one. Vast. Unquantifiable.
As soon as I try to contain this experience in words, the words flow and flow, trying to share the connection with everything. Everywhere I travel in my consciousness reflects an example of this .
It is my most basic truth.
Each of us is the flow, the momentum, the energy of life. Each of us is our creation within our own point of light at the end of a Fibre Optic Cable. Living our original, simple, uniquely perfect, experience; connected to the light source, bundled together and yet individual expressions.
      Hopefully, this makes sense.
It is the best I can do in this moment.
      Namasté

We are not wired to accept death. Only solace is that it will come but everyone I’ve loved or will love will go through it. So can I wit dignity . If it’s nothing o won’t know . If it another kind of life I will be grateful. Either way I’ll be at peace .

Question:ow to make peace beforehand, of the people whom you will have to leave behind when death comes, example - your children, family, friends, even those you haven't been able to make peace with?

I had a close friend who died due to some illness recently. We were similar in so many ways. It feels like a part of me died with him. Because of this I realised if this happened to him it can happen to me too. Now because of this i feel like death is near, it can happen anytime, it might happen today. I don’t know what to do I feel so scared. It’s effecting my health. I’m fallin sick ocasionaly because of it.

@@paper-2447 Fear is something that we have not experienced 90% of what we thought could have happened as SadGuru says.
Have we ever experienced death if not then what We fear is not death its detachment and probably the pain we'll experience when living this material body made of earth , air , water , fire and space. Still , It's like going to bed fainting and we gone. Well , i really don't know my friend.
