Hey a nice twist on Fluke Friday for us, Some real classics there and amazing to see them still working. All very clean internally and externally. Love the display of the collection you posted in the closing minutes of the video. Have a nice weekend Tony.
Thanks Ian, yes a twist, i will be going trough all the types i have by type number, so it will be a mix of all kinds.

I learn a lot about equipment this way. Thanks. As I am building my Lab I can base my decisions on this stuff. In other words we see that this old equipment is still very useful!
Glad it was helpful! Yes old stuff can still be vary good. also don't forget is was expensive in that time.
@TonyAlbus yes, this is very helpful because I know better what to look for that is still good enough and not very expensive to break the bank. Still amazing this long-term (e.a. the accuracy) stability of 30+ years.

I have the 1920A. Mine has options -04 TCXO and -06 Multiplier resolution, it also has the ability to use an external reference but someone replaced the enclosure and does not have the cut out to access it. I don't really use it anymore since I have many HP counters that give orders of magnitude better performance. The 1920A will count all the way up to 700MHz on the 50 ohm input and 145MHz+ on the 1 meg ohm input, despite all this it's still a great frequency counter.
