    The brushed finished version of the glide 4.0 rusts incredibly bad. Stay clear of it.

      Is it just the have? If so is supposed to.

    Question, should slow swing speed players (driver ss 80 mph) be playing with standard wedge shafts?

  • @zazhou

    I have five wedges in my bag now, strong PW, 48, 52, 56 and 60.

    Have a couple of them.
    54 and 58. Look Great. 🇺🇸
    Really like these wedges. 👍🏼
    They are my favorites so far. Like them better than my Vokey’s or Cleveland’s. Very good feel, spin, and some forgiveness too. And they spin better in wet weather than my Vokey’s or Cleveland’s too.

      Awesome to hear! Similar feedback to others that we've fit into Glide 4.0s

    Really want a 50 in the E grind… Hopefully they will make one in the future

  • @seancook2264

    the E grind is the original high toe wedge, I’d like to test the E grind and T grinds for the 58 for versatility. Or maybe E or S grind in a 54 and T grind in 58.

      I once had a 60 in T it’s really difficult to hit on fairway. I’m 4,5 hcp and would often hit a fat one with the thin bounce.

    I thought a sand wedge typically had a lot of bounce (say 12 / 14 deg) But those E grind wedges which you say will be great out of sand only have 8 deg of bounce or less. Why is that?

    Loving the Eye grind, I was lucky enough to get a pair of the Eye2 gorge groove wedges in 2017 Sand and Lob wedge, they helped me transform my short game… these Eye grind will have the same ability.. but mine look cooler !!

    What is the golf bag the guy is unboxing in back in the beginning of video. Looks grey in color with grey or red accents ? Can’t find on your site

    I’d like to try 54 S grind and 60 E grind

      Versatility is important and having a couple different grinds will provide you that - Thomas

    Just ordered the 56* Eye2 Grind with 10* bounce. Hopefully will improve my terrible sand game!

    My irons are Srixon Z585. 4I to PW-44 and GW-50 that I play at 100 yards. What wedges should I add to my equipment? 54 and 58 or 56 and 60 or whatever and what Grind since I tend to chunk 30 yards and less from the green. My play in the bunkers is average. I am a 12 handicap golfer.

      It depends on the gapping you want. I carry a 54 and 58 but that’s what works for me. I play on softer thicker fairways and tend to be a little steep so I like the forgiveness of a W (wide) sole. If you tend to pick the ball with not much of a divot or like opening the club face a bit you may prefer the thinner (S) standard sole and less bounce.

    Would the Glide line be considered a lot more forgiveness oriented compared to something like Vokeys? Wish they made a 48 degree or the 50 in W grind

    • @2ndswing
      @2ndswing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes the glide line is more forgiving than vokeys. The glide forged pro irons will provide a sleeker look if you are looking at PING wedges - Thomas

    Have you seen the price for this wedge?
    Plus you need three.

      All the manufacturers have increased their prices but there are some competitors that are a little less - Thomas

    Should you get the same shafts in irons and wedges?

    • @2ndswing
      @2ndswing  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Some golfers opt for different shafts, while others like consistency through the bag. The decision is completely up to you (and your fitter, hopefully).
