This episode explores a practical, science-rooted methodology for managing emotional conflict, inspired by personal experiences and mathematical approaches to complex situations.
Thank you so much for making this video! Of course, I'm subscribed (always will be) and I always like every video I watch.
After completing the video, I now understand that not everything has an easy fix. Just like alcohol, the only thing to make life feel sober and happy, is time. Without it, I wouldn't be appreciative of it, thanks for reminding me of this beautiful fact. I tried the quick inhale and exhale motion, and it did feel fun! There was a tingle of sorts near my nose which was unusually pleasing.
Now I say that I understand that time is the only cure to such issues, however, another question arises: What should one do in their time of distress? Well, certainly emotions affect how we learn right? If I'm not feeling well or driven to begin studying, doing tasks, etc, then what is it that I do? Or, how do I try to control it at the least? There could be rash decisions made and what not, which could bring harm to my progress.
I apologize to ask of you to connect another question of mine with the questions I've asked earlier in this comment, but can you also tie in your answer with how someone should be productive? Knowing that how we feel impacts our learning, certainly there are other things we can do to impact our learning process. Let's say I'm not able to have a clean or quiet environment due to family, being the teen I am, with most of my time spent at home, how is it exactly that someone like me learns effectively? Do I just learn to adapt, as difficult as it is? I don't believe that I'm falling for a perfectionist trap, I'm just wanting what is best for the benefit of my knowledge and future learnings.
Thank you once again for making this video! I also apologize for another big ask, but I do appreciate it a lot 👍
Goodnight!!!
