Cool-videos! My five-year relationship came to an end a month ago. The love of my life chose to leave, and I can't stop thinking about him; I love him so deeply. I've done everything I can to win him back, but nothing seems to work. I'm feeling frustrated and can't imagine my life with anyone else. Despite my efforts to move on, I just can't shake the thoughts of him. I don’t know why I’m sharing this, (but I really miss him)
Saying goodbye to someone you love is difficult; I know this from my 12-year relationship ending. But I was unable to simply let him go, so I made every effort to get him back. I eventually sought aid from a spiritual counselor, who was able to help me regain his affection.
I just sought him up online thanks to your helpful information. remarkable I just checked Father Obah Eze online, and he's really genuine. Thank you again ❤
Man!!!! That asking how your battery is and whole analogy is sooo good. I'm going to start using that. I hate when everyone just says I'm fine or I'm good
We were having this conversation just last week! When someone was exploding and threatening to cancel everything. A person who lacked much empathy said great she will be gone. And I thought about how everyone is at their own level at different points in life. !!!! Jay another great one!!! This was discussed perfectly and greatly!!!!! We also discussed how we are programmed to ask hi how are you then the person say their ok and we keep it moving. Knowing well they might not be. I love there is a compassionate movement happening it’s what will make the world a better place and nothing else! But honestly a whole department needs to be created around this. If I’m not mistaken there is momentum in a position that looks at employees wellness a bit deeper as in retention. But that’s just a tip on the iceberg
Yes I’m a firm believer in taking Sabbaticals from work. I will vacation once a year and then save my time for just days off for mental health. Just a casual break from that life. My faith of course is my way of calm. Reading the Word 🤲🏾 and sitting in that is what I Value.
I really like the phrase "how's your charge". Because sometimes I can't put into words how I feel so it nice to be able to say of today I feel like I'm at a 75%.
I wrote a book on stress management in 2015, and do corporate stress management workshops. I have had a slide that shows a battery getting recharged in all my decks, since 2015
Thanks for keeping us updated! I feel sympathy and empathy for our country. low income people are suffering to survive, and I appreciate Victoria Anne Leonard. You've helped my family with your advice. imagine investing $30,000 and receiving $95,460 after 28 days of trading.
I began investing in stocks and Def earlier this year, and it is the best choice I've ever made. My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news, chances are you're quite late to the party, the idea is to get in early on blue chips before it becomes public. There are lots of life changing opportunities in the market, and maximize it.
More companies need these Recharging Stress Management for employees especially in Las Vegas casino’s. Some of these companies don’t even think about their employees they are just a NUMBER to them easy to replace which is so sad. Need to have more CEO’S like you both.
When I'm worried, I don't feel like I'm under stress, I only know when I go out most of the time, and I feel things like loss of appetite, weight loss. But, thank Allah, stress time is the when my relationship with Allah becomes stronger 🤲
You're a clever guy, Jay. And so nice. But ask shorter questions. Don't talk so much about what you think. I'm a patient person but have to forward to hear the guest talk. I've admired you for many years. Loved your book and think you're fantastic.
Sure! The brain controls everything we do, from thinking and feeling to moving. It’s made up of billions of neurons that communicate through electrical and chemical signals. Each part of the brain has different functions, like the cerebrum for thinking and the cerebellum for movement.
I wanna ask what about people who just don't wanna improve and all they do is complain. Even if you set up everything to help them but all they want is to express themselves and make no effort to overcome it.
I personally let them be. It's waste of your time and most importantly - energy. They will drain you and nothing else. I think one of the most important to learn is, that you can't help everyone and not everyone wants it really.
People are struggling to get by financially, ie. Pay for rent, food. ..people real people, don't even have time for mental health. They are struggling to get by day to day. People that have the luxury to dwell like this, are most dead inside to the real person. People want companies to pay cost of living, have health insurance, food, house, education covered. And those necessities are far from available to regular people. But go write on common experiences you don't even get.
BORING. Stopped video at 15:09 minutes. Do you not know any normal, average people we can admire for jyst being GOOD?? U seem smitten w CEOs and tech bros who all pretty much say the same thing. There's a WHOLE LOT of other people we should ADMIRE AND LEARN FROM. Sadly, you're not looking for them, and the bros are low hanging fruit. It's also BORING AF so I'm tuning u off for now.
@ayandaqhina8163 I overheard my partner listening to it and had to come give my opinion. As someone who is quite proficient in spotting fakery, Jay Shetty has to be the most fake modern 'mental health influencer'. He just waffles vague, no-context nonsense about all the classic fascets of self development and mental health. He really is painful to listen to, he blatantly doesn't care about anything he's saying, and is just saying things he thinks will accumulate the most views, popularity and henceforth profit. Just a money grabbing capitalist pig preying on the insecurities and weaknesses of other people to exploit them for money. The polar opposite of who he makes himself out to be. I can't believe more people don't spot this. It is so easy to see for me.
I love this 😍so far one of my favourite episodes. On Purpose has helped me a lot with building more positive outlook on life. I wanted to ask if you ever considered inviting Andrew Solomon? His TED talk about depression was really well delivered. Thank you a lot for great content (from Czech republic) 🫶🏼

It's interesting! How can I contact a spiritual counselor most efficiently, and how did you find one?
Father Obah Eze is a wonderful spiritual counselor who has the ability to bring back your ex.
He can assist you; he is Father Obah Eze, and he possesses immense powers.
I just sought him up online thanks to your helpful information. remarkable

I'm amazed by how organically and fluidly this conversation flows and yet never gets off-track. Hats off to this two wonderful conversationalists!

This interview shares so many tools that have helped me in the last few years! Love Jay Shetty!

What opportunities are there in the market, and how do I profit from it?
You can make a lot of money from the market regardless of whether it strengthens or crashes. The key is to be well positioned.
I would really like to know how this actually works.
All you need is a good capital and the
service of a professional broker, with those your investment will most certainly produce high yields.

I need a break to recharge my mental health.
Recharge. Reset. Refocus.

Although this may work for men, women often don't have the luxury of checking in with themselves while putting out the next fire.
