    Cool-videos! My five-year relationship came to an end a month ago. The love of my life chose to leave, and I can't stop thinking about him; I love him so deeply. I've done everything I can to win him back, but nothing seems to work. I'm feeling frustrated and can't imagine my life with anyone else. Despite my efforts to move on, I just can't shake the thoughts of him. I don’t know why I’m sharing this, (but I really miss him)

      Saying goodbye to someone you love is difficult; I know this from my 12-year relationship ending. But I was unable to simply let him go, so I made every effort to get him back. I eventually sought aid from a spiritual counselor, who was able to help me regain his affection.

      It's interesting! How can I contact a spiritual counselor most efficiently, and how did you find one?

    I'm amazed by how organically and fluidly this conversation flows and yet never gets off-track. Hats off to this two wonderful conversationalists!

  • @FlowersandSun22
    @FlowersandSun22 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    We were having this conversation just last week! When someone was exploding and threatening to cancel everything. A person who lacked much empathy said great she will be gone. And I thought about how everyone is at their own level at different points in life. !!!! Jay another great one!!! This was discussed perfectly and greatly!!!!! We also discussed how we are programmed to ask hi how are you then the person say their ok and we keep it moving. Knowing well they might not be. I love there is a compassionate movement happening it’s what will make the world a better place and nothing else!
    But honestly a whole department needs to be created around this. If I’m not mistaken there is momentum in a position that looks at employees wellness a bit deeper as in retention. But that’s just a tip on the iceberg

    Yes I’m a firm believer in taking Sabbaticals from work. I will vacation once a year and then save my time for just days off for mental health. Just a casual break from that life. My faith of course is my way of calm. Reading the Word 🤲🏾 and sitting in that is what I Value.

      I began investing in stocks and Def earlier this year, and it is the best choice I've ever made. My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news, chances are you're quite late to the party, the idea is to get in early on blue chips before it becomes public. There are lots of life changing opportunities in the market, and maximize it.

    Sure! The brain controls everything we do, from thinking and feeling to moving. It’s made up of billions of neurons that communicate through electrical and chemical signals. Each part of the brain has different functions, like the cerebrum for thinking and the cerebellum for movement.

      I personally let them be. It's waste of your time and most importantly - energy. They will drain you and nothing else.
      I think one of the most important to learn is, that you can't help everyone and not everyone wants it really.

    People are struggling to get by financially, ie. Pay for rent, food. ..people real people, don't even have time for mental health. They are struggling to get by day to day. People that have the luxury to dwell like this, are most dead inside to the real person. People want companies to pay cost of living, have health insurance, food, house, education covered. And those necessities are far from available to regular people. But go write on common experiences you don't even get.

    BORING. Stopped video at 15:09 minutes. Do you not know any normal, average people we can admire for jyst being GOOD?? U seem smitten w CEOs and tech bros who all pretty much say the same thing. There's a WHOLE LOT of other people we should ADMIRE AND LEARN FROM. Sadly, you're not looking for them, and the bros are low hanging fruit. It's also BORING AF so I'm tuning u off for now.

      @ayandaqhina8163 I overheard my partner listening to it and had to come give my opinion. As someone who is quite proficient in spotting fakery, Jay Shetty has to be the most fake modern 'mental health influencer'. He just waffles vague, no-context nonsense about all the classic fascets of self development and mental health. He really is painful to listen to, he blatantly doesn't care about anything he's saying, and is just saying things he thinks will accumulate the most views, popularity and henceforth profit. Just a money grabbing capitalist pig preying on the insecurities and weaknesses of other people to exploit them for money. The polar opposite of who he makes himself out to be. I can't believe more people don't spot this. It is so easy to see for me.
