Thanks for the the tips, I door dash on my motorcycle, love it... I usually stick with the restaurants I know how they package up their food.... Door dash, at least in my area took away the 'items in order' on the accept screen, that really messed me up...
If you have Android, you can close the app and open the widget. That should show the items in the order. Don't let the 'accept' timer run out though. Lol.
Definitely want to get a KLR. Getting tired of destroying my body on the potholes and manhole covers with scooters - even a 250 Kymco is very limited in that regard. I figure a budget of $4k for a '17/'18 that was just a commuter and adult owned should do it.
Nice work with the pizza bag. I have denied orders coming from pizza restaurants and Dunkin Donuts because of fear of not being able to complete the order. I might have to invest in one of these bags for the future. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Rueben, nice setup man. What make and model is your bike and can you share the box detail you have installed on you motorcycle the big box on the back.
The bike is a 2005 KLR 650. I bought the top box off of eBay for $170. I bought the 45 liter version but they have different ones; link below. The side cases are just apache 4800 cases from a hardware store called harbor freight. www.ebay.com/itm/195041515183?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=9O_VZEa4Qfq&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=GOevdI6rSAu&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
@@reubenreports2904I have the same top box on a much smaller bike, a 2020 Honda Super Cub. It’s been a game changer for me, both personal use and delivery use. I use a ratchet strap instead of a bungee cable for the DoorDash pizza bag I carry.
Useful info, hoping it warms up soon so I can switch to my CB500X for deliveries. I've been wanting a bigger top box, too, and now I have all the more motivation! I wasn't sure if DoorDash would give me deliveries with drinks if I switched to motorcycle on the app, maybe that prevents stacked orders? I'd love to know what that tells them on their end and how it affects the orders I would get.
Hey man, ive been trying to get my klr 650 to deliver for uber eats but its nearly impossible to get uber to allow my motorcycle to qualify. Is there a work around?
Thank you for sharing the video, Rueben. I hope you make lots of money and safe travels my man.

Information and succinctly done. I appreciate your effort ... and your setup.
This is a good video. Lots of helpful info. Cool.

Good tips. 👍🏼 I’m about to start doing this on a Honda PCX scooter.
How did you add your motorcycle on Uber eats? I’m thinking about buying a motorcycle for deliveries
Thank you for the video! This is the best example I've seen!

I would get shorter bungee straps of different lengths and colors so you don't have to wrap it
What motorcycle insurance company do you have and do they allow food delivery? I can't find any companies in the US that allow food delivery.
What type of motorcycle is that?
