He wasn't helping much with his directions. Yelling at him about executing him if he didnt keep his hands up and get out of the hole but if he gets out of the hole for a little bit his hands wont be up anymore either.
that was very unproffesional and uncalled for in my opinion..... the perp was in a place where he couldve easily accidently moved fast or fell and they wouldve shot him.... i think that cop really shouldve been disciplined
I was arrested in Janesville once, and ill say that was the best police interaction I ever had in my criminal/addict days. Rock County Sherrifs too. They had a super helpful program for all the heroin addicts, every officer I talked to was respectful. I've got 7 years clean and have turned my life around since.
I don’t tend to be hostile at work, but I do get upset with customers who don’t listen and just hold it all in. Watching these videos puts me in the mindset that, if cops can be calm, cool, and collected when dealing with criminals, absolute assholes, the threat of bodily harm, injury, or death and complete disrespect, I can chill out at work for 15 to 20 minutes when helping a customer. They are helping me with my patience.
The fact that this dude damn-near killed that female officer and sent her to the hospital, then only got 3 years, is absolutely LUDICROUS. Must have gotten Saul Goodman as his lawyer or something.

@@aceslow6562 Agreed, I understand the anger the cops must have had, cuz dood was a clear threat, but if he is given commands that contradict themselves or if he just happens to do something one cop finds justifiable to use lethal force, oooh boy that'd have been a hell of a can of worms to deal with.
I heard that and wondered why the hell I haven't heard that call on damn near every multiple officer situation. When it comes to commands for someone being placed under arrest, there should always be just one Clear voice that they're hearing. It would actually save lives I bet.
no, it would have been good if something like this had not happened in the first place. Exactly because of something like that people get shot because they are confused by the many different commands and people. here in germany there are strict guidelines for something like that and something like that would never happen here.
Props to that female officer who got hit! God bless her. She was fighting disorientation, pain, and shock all while holding the passenger at gun point until help arrived. That's not easy...your body naturally wants to collapse after a hit like that. Strong girl! 🙏💕
Yeah. I don't think I've ever seen a cop that visibly shaken. Somebody just deliberately rammed her car head-on! I've been in a head-on collision; it's one of the most terrifying experiences ever. She obviously wanted to just fold up and take time to get herself together... but there was a suspect to deal with, so she dealt with him, for as long as it took until there was somebody else to take over. She deserves a commendation for this one.
Wow she got t-boned by a felon, shakily held a pistol and screamed like a pre-pubescent teen boy until male officers came and did the actual job. So brave of her I can't believe she got hit by an easily avoidable car and yelled at a guy with a weak non-authoritative voice what a true hero
@@leetskeet4476calm down freak, most officers wait for backup before dealing with people who were panicked enough to start a pursuit, and most officers lose their composure when in a serious accident, like a head on collision. you just hate women.
The "one voice" guy (plus the one saying "slow down, everyone") made a world of difference. Honestly I think that seemingly minor detail alone is extremely critical. I already began seeing how things could go so badly the second I heard one guy telling the suspect to crawl out (for which he needs to use his hands) and when he attempted, another officer yelled at him to keep his hands up. I've seen too many videos of cops all just barking orders at whoever they're trying to get under control. Even if they were all saying the same thing, just the fact that it's many of them talking all at once, each one trying to be heard over the noise they are themselves creating, it will make not just the suspect but everyone (meaning the officers too) more high-strung, emotional, confused and lead to very unpredictable or outrageous outcomes.
@@dogloversrule8476 Very possible. I remember another video of a few cops surrounding a man who was holding his toddler in front of him. The video gave the context that the man was "using the baby as a bodyshield for himself" but as I looked at it, it turns out that he was actually trying to protect his toddler, he was surrounded by a bunch of cops barking orders at him but the worst part was this guy with a canine *aggressively and quickly closing the distance to a mere few feet away* and the dog was rearing up and barking and trying to get at him and he was lucky the officer was still holding the dog back just feet away. So the man had little choice than to just hold his child up to his own chest afraid of putting him to the ground and the dog lunging at him. All the while, of course, they're all barking orders and the dog itself is barking (and getting more and more excited because of the chaos they themselves are causing) and nobody can hear anybody. God damn madness.
i've never seen a cop yell at his own people to only use one voice, and holy shit its amazing, cant commend that man enough because that's a huge issue ive seen time and time again with these cop videos. they don't want you to do something but have 5 people yelling different things and it just heightens any situation... cop 101 de-escalation. props
I have seen it plenty of times. And yes, it is lacking at times. It can get people killed too, in addition to creating more stress, when you have a bunch of people yelling different things and even giving contradictory commands.
I really feel sorry for the 99.999% of cops who are honest and put their lives on the line every day so I can sit and make comments on TH-cam all day while they are dealing with insanity like this. There, fixed it for you.
That "one voice" tactic is genius; that's something that should be taught to all officers cause it will really reduces the amount of confusion and chaos in these types of situations.
It would also be terrible if they look out their window at night and there's some crackhead crouched out there. I think I'd prefer to wake up to the cops. Homeowner seemed relatively chill about it though
I actually can imagine it because it happened to me once. I was asleep and then there were cops outside my bedroom window, pulling a guy off my windowsill. It seems he was trying to break into my bedroom but my window was locked and then another neighbor saw him. It seemed like there were a billion cops and cop cars out there. Turns out, he was my neighbor's nephew and already had a criminal record for trespass and attempted sexual assault. I assume that was what he was there for, knowing that I worked day shift while my mom worked nights (I was a young adult by then). After that, Mom and I coordinated our shifts (we both worked at the same hospital) so that neither of us was alone in the house at any given time. I don't know what happened to the nephew. I wasn't even questioned by the police.
Hahaha happened to me once. I woke up at 330 to a massive arrest scene on my front lawn. I just smoked a bowl and watched it unfold, was extremely entertaining, would recommend.

@@thisisgettingold This comment lacks empathy. WHY do these people sign up to be policemen or women? To knowingly be traumatized, is your implication. But does that make any sense? Of course not. Do they know that means they will be exposed to traumatic events? Yes. Does that mean that their willingness to put themselves into harm’s way and to be so exposed is any less heroic? No! Some information for those unfamiliar: The officer who first speaks to Jesse at the beginning of this video is Officer Rear. He was previously a correctional officer at the Rock County Jail prior to being promoted to a patrol officer for the sheriff's department. The officer that was hit by Jesse was Officer Velencia whom also was a correctional officer previously. Later in the video around the 17:10 mark, you'll see Officer Danielson. All of these Officers were familiar with Jesse Seales as Mr. Seales was an inmate at the jail on previous occassions. It would appear by watching this video and listening to the convorsations that it was very likely that Jesse was on this phone while driving during the chase and was likely staring at it's screen when he hit officer Velencia. Quite possibly, it was also this phone that his passanger was trying to find after Jesse ran from the vehicle.
Cool info regarding the COs, I was wondering how they already knew his name.. But who cares if he mightve been on his phone or not, they were going the wrong way on a highway, they were destined to crash.

So the man had little choice than to just hold his child up to his own chest afraid of putting him to the ground and the dog lunging at him.

From the deputy that stayed calm and professional after being targeted in a scary accident to the officers that found the suspect, and were professional and efficient. Really great to hear them call out to slow down and the ONE VOICE. Really would be great to see more of that.
Feel sorry for the deputy that got hit. Her adrenaline was through the roof. She’s going to feel that impact the next day. Those are some powerful flashlights.
The new led lights are amazing. I have one on my mountain bike that's brighter than a cars hibeams lol

the Wisconsin accents and casual shit talking are my fav part of this channel
I love my Wisconsin accent!
Wisconsin and Minnesota ppl sound more Canadian than Canadians.
I also love that the idiot responded with "I know".
The ‘one voice’ officer needs to train every department in that. Some vids I watch have so many cops screaming, I can’t figure out what the suspect is supposed to do - and I have no stress, in just listening to it.
Impossible for a suspect who’s freaked out, to understand a zillion different commands thrown at them, at the same time!
Remember that man in Seattle who was executed in the hotel hallway after several minutes of conflicting commands and several mossed opportunities to apprehend him safely?
@@readilium3432 I remember that.
Exactly 💯
Cop1: Freeze don't move
Cop2: Hands up where I can see
Cop3: Walk towards our voice
Suspect: Pants fall down while walking to them as told, Pulls his pants up
Cop2: STOP; Reaching put your hands up
Cop1: STOP F`ıñğ Moving
So many commands flying at them, the criminals look like they're doing the "hokey pokey".
Everyone in Wisconsin IS trained that way.
Finally a criminal that doesn't get to walk away and actually get prison time...

The fact that this dude from what I can see deliberately hit a cop car, injured an officer and then fled on food. And he only got 3 years in, is honestly disgusting and shows where the justice system is failing in my opinion.
He probably will only spend a year for behaving good
He will be out within a year, 3 years never means 3 years.
It shows where liberalism is failing

To be fair he did just get in a major accident so he's probably a little out of it

She actually made a few more errors too. All said, I can't believe she was still standing, much less maintaining her composure! What a great cop!! On the other hand, if ever there was a justification for police "brutality" this guy had it coming. Or the dog. Yeah, the dog would have been good too 🙂

Props to LEO. Amazing simultaneous restraint and show of force.
13:34 that's the first time I've ever seen a cop tell everyone to chill out and just one voice. I love this, just masterful self control.
Some information for those unfamiliar:
The officer who first speaks to Jesse at the beginning of this video is Officer Rear.
Jesse sounds like a sack of crap who should have stayed in the jail.
Cool info regarding the COs, I was wondering how they already knew his name.. But who cares if he mightve been on his phone or not, they were going the wrong way on a highway, they were destined to crash.
"You will be bit, tazed, and shot" is an ALL-TIME great line!
Hopefully in that order although, Tazed, shot and then bit would be safer for the canine officer.
"ONE VOICE" That's something should be taught in police academies across the country.

@Andrew Salhany interestingly enough, he wasn't exaggerating either. That's actually what is supposed to happen in those situations. Every officer is trained to individually respond at the exact instant that there is potential danger, not just wait for another officer to fire the first shot, so if he did suddenly move or reach for something, everyone on scene would've laid into him simultaneously. Can't leave anything up to chance
