nope don't be ashamed, we just sold our double wide (brand new @ the time) after 26yrs, loved it, hated my crazy neighbor.. living in a Condo now and I love it alot but miss my single family M.F. home ..ppl who live in Mansions are sometimes a bit snobbish..love your Manufactured home as much as I did mine.hold your head high too :)
I'm homeless so yeah this is heaven to me...I would love and enjoy it....its just me now and I would adopt some animals and be so grateful 😍😘🤩...lots of people downsizing to tiny homes and this is much nicer and more spacious

I want to live within my means but don't know what to think of mobile and manufactured homes. This video is encouraging. Did you get a shed built yet on the slab? Is the property around it yours for gardening, grill, tiny pool, stuff like that?
I loved that brick design on the outside of the trailer!!! But those stairs were what really caught my attention!!! Is fhat astr turf or marine carpet?
Chris Dietz, you could use part of the shelf unit outside your master bedroom as a pantry... just an idea! 😉😊 I'm excited to hopefully upgrade to something this nice soon too!
Cute trailer. I'd live there with my kids. I almost had a 16x60 mobile but my debt ratio was too high so he couldn't give it to me. The monthly payment would have been $407.
i dont know speak english very well but i hope someday to live in the mobile home . my american friend told me only poor people live in this kind of house, isnt it?

My 401k tripled since to 1.4 million and I bought a $560k gulf marina view short sale condo for $240k cash back then. I flew to 4 states and looked at over 80 condos as low as $60k that used to be $300k and $120k home that was around $500k.
