Lived in Singapore for 4 years and I agree. So safe it was ridiculous. I saw kids on a bus at 10pm on their own. Never had a problem. Walked on the beach alone at night watching th ships rolling in.

I used to really admire Switzerland, but like almost every other country they over-reacted to the panic-demic and imposed some of the draconian controls. I wouldn't have expected that of the Swiss. I've read indications that they are leaning in the more politically 'woke' direction of late too. Disappointing if true. Otherwise, they were historically probably the best country to live in at one time, from a 'common-person' standpoint. Hope the trains still run efficiently, at least.

I was there for 3 years in the 80s and the only guns I saw were revolvers on the police and some security guards. Seen lots of armed police in New Zealand though holding machine guns in their hands and in Hong Kong the cops on points duty had sub machine guns.
Even in Arizona I didn't see a single gun in view on a civilian. Thst doesn't mean they weren't carrying but I didn't see it so personally couldn't are less provided it's not pointed at me.
