An exceptional performance! So beautiful solos! Burt Bacharach was an American composer, songwriter, pianist who received Grammy Awards,Academy Awards and Emmy Reward.
El solo de clarinete bajo, hermoso y de tremendo buen gusto. Ell sonido del saxo alto, en la entrada de su solo ya preanuncia belleza. la salida al arreglo del solo de saxo es sutil y magistral
One of the best romantic songs of the 60s. Nominated for an Academy Award for Best Song in 1968, it lost somehow to “Talk to the Animals” from Dr Doolittle!
Excelente versión agridulce del también excelente standard de Bacharach. Me parece correcto quitarle un poco de la mucha miel que tiene la versión original. Gracias.
Another wonderfully musical production by the WDR band... Unfortunately, the credits are not particularly accurate.... Even more unfortunately, this happens far too often for such a fine group of players.... Pascal Bartoszak is playing Alto Sax, not tenor Jens Neufang is playing Bass Clarinet, not Bari Sax John Goldsby is Playing Acoustic Bass, (was not credited at all) Thankfully, Paul, Hans, Rob and Andy were properly credited.....
Thank you for the hint, but there was another mistake: Rob is playing flugelhorn, not the trumpet and Andy Hunter is playing the valve trombone. It is now correct. Thank you!
Written for a romantic scene between Ursula Andress and Peter Sellers in the 1967 version of Casino Royale. The lyrics are by Hal David and are right up there with his best. It makes a great instrumental, but also a very hot love song.
Fabulous arrangement and beautifully played.
Excellent! 👍💫🎇🥀

Don't ever go!
Maravilha versão de uma composição muitas vezes mal interpretada e com muita ênfase nos vocais. Diana Krall por exemplo 😊

Beautiful bass clarinet solo and sound. The same for everyone. But I am so tired of people over blowing the bass clarinet at FFF.
Ich finde das Arrangement passt nicht zum Charakter des Songs, schade...
