19:13 time dilation is scientifically correct for instance if you travel at the speed of light time will not tick for you according to the theory of relatively and comparatively if you are a inhabitant of a planet near a black hole time will pass extremely slowly for u and extremely fast on earth so time dilation is totally possible, if someone practically travels at the speed of light time will essentially freeze for them
