Just started yesterday. I thought I was strong but I had a major wakeup call yesterday! Being able to work with your own weight is the ultimate truth to true strength. The truth did not make me feel like less of a person, but rather relieved that I know myself a little bit better. Know yourself and seek self improvement.

Exactly this! Sometimes watching these vid's psych's me up for a work out.....other times they remind me that I'm exceedingly average! It's good to remember that the people in these vid's are the cream of the crop (or they wouldn't put themselves out there)....a lot of people who do all the right training and have proper nutrition still won't reach these levels....shouldn't stop us trying though!
