That looks way more like the Ryo Hazuki we all know than the one in the Kickstarter video. I hope this is the character model that gets used in Shenmue III.
That Ryo model looks awesome, unlike the one that was seen on the Kickstarter campaign launch video and in the promotional images. And I know Yu Suzuki said he didn't like it and was going to improve on it, but honestly he might as well use your model instead of paying someone else to do it wrong again. It's great!

Well, it was a couple of streets, a few v,v small housing estates and a harbour really.
