I met this Gentleman at a Rest Stop in New Mexico and he thanked me for my service to our country. In conversation, he and his Father (I believe that he said that his Father had served in Germany with the 28th Division, US Army.) talked how both of us where going to California to spend the holidays with Family. I had told him that it had been over 40+ years since I had been with my family for Christmas because I had Retired from the Army and had now retired from working altogether. Our conversation moved into a discussion on weapons and with a slight hesitation admitted that I owned an AR. This is when he showed me his speed loader. I purchased one immediately and plan on ordering one for my AK and M1A in the near future.
