    I hope they get your tractor fixed and back to you soon. Kinda strange that they swapped tires on a loner Maybe the new one had turf tires. Thanks for sharing. Keep us posted. Have a good one

    Glad to see that you at least have something to use. Maybe I shouldn't tell you this but on the JX95 we bought new in 2006 the seal on the transmission input shaft kept going out and taking out the clutch.

      I got to use this tractor for a whole 2 hours before it had problems! lol

    Good service is really hard to find no matter what color the tractor or where you are at. Not sure why it is but even on automobiles so many places are understaffed and they don't actually know the machines inside and out. Good luck man

      That's for sure! I with you- buy used stuff and at least you expect to maybe have a few issues, but your not paying full price for them lol

      The use of this tractor did not last long. Video coming soon on that!

    It sounds like your dealer is at least making an effort to make you whole. It is always tricky for dealers because they are stuck in the middle... customers wanting to be taken care of and OE’s not wanting to pay for things. We are lucky out here, as Jones Truck and Implement (our Case dealer) in Colfax, WA is amazing. My family has been buying equipment from them for generations.

    Wow! Sorry you're having so many problems with a new tractor. It seems like some dealers are better at getting stuff back to you than others. Our Case dealers here are really great to work with.

      This dealer has been ok to work with- not great but not bad either. The problem is they are waiting on parts from overseas that haven't even been built yet! More videos are coming about this saga.

    What a messed up situation...🙁. Good luck getting resolution. This is why I buy used and let first owner work the bugs out. The dollar figures are high either way

      Yes sir, I am done buying brand new tractors! I have lost a lot of money over this situation, and it's not done yet.

    Hard to get good service anymore. Whether it's a car dealership or tractor, rare to find good quality treatment. How long is your tractor gonna be gone? My word 😯

      I think I am done buying brand new tractors. This video was taken about 10 days ago, and I still don't have my tractor back- nor do I want it back. There were some further developments after this video was taken....

      @@dehavenfamilyfarm if you're gonna have to fix em anyways, buy old iron. Once you fix them, they run for years

    I would try to get another tractor like yours or get your money back they'll never get it put back together right it may not show up now but later on something will come up due to not being reassembled properly something as simple as a bolt not being torqued right can cause huge problems down the road. I hope you can get it worked out good luck bud

      This makes the second time since I have owned it that it was taken apart- cab taken off and tractor split. As of today, I still don't know when it will be put back together. Spoiler alert- I put two hours on this brand new loaner tractor, and it developed issues too. I sent it back to the dealer. Video on that soon. I put a call in to my attorney today, so we will see what happens, but I just want a refund. Thanks for stopping by!!

      @@dehavenfamilyfarm really? Interesting... Be looking to see that! That series must be junk if you're having trouble with the new machine? Or maybe an issue during the assembly process.

    Hard to believe its that hard to get a seal or two. I would be frustrated also. What was leaking on yours again?

    • @dehavenfamilyfarm
      @dehavenfamilyfarm  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It had a few leaks and some other issues when it went for repair this time. I think they are waiting for some tube and a seal- not 100% sure. All I know is CNH is not saying when the parts from overseas will even be shipped. I am done with brand new CNH tractors!!

  • @AJmx2702001

    Interesting how they went to that much effort to swap out part's onto a new tractor for you. It's basically a stall tactic so they don't have to lemon out your own machine. And it's a surprise to me that they are still working on it 2 months in a shop is taking up good space. ... I basically went threw the same thing. And it's just how CNH goes through the motions to keep your business. It basically came down to getting legal advice and I got a competitive demo on the farm... It was so funny to watch the little act the Case company rep put on to talk me out of buying a Kubota tractor. Even though it was the same dealership getting the deal still

    • @dehavenfamilyfarm
      @dehavenfamilyfarm  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree- they are trying to stall. The new one they gave me lasted 2 hours before it had issues (video coming soon). I asked for my money back, and Case only offered to give me some money towards trading to a 65A. I told them I don't want any more of their junk, and will be calling my attorney, as well as , I intend to make a video summarizing the situation and will share it everywhere I can to let people know this is a company to stay away from. They still have no idea when the parts will arrive to fix mine, so I have no tractor and am still making payments. Hopefully my attorney will get some resolution for me!

      @@dehavenfamilyfarm Yeah i understand that all to well and its sad to see the IH red Paint and farmall name on such poor machines the only good CNH tractors are anything over 130 horse that they make in house
