Superb, as always. In my run, when I attacked the USA, Uruguay felt the need to get involved, and they're somehow considered a major. Then, Brazil, Mexico, and Chile (another major, somehow) all took the US' side, so it took me forever to get all the way to the bottom of South America to end that war. Oh, and then Japan also declared on me! What a mess, but I finally capped them all, but way way later than I wanted.
@@SmytheAlbert yeah I feel like paradox should put some work onto what is considered a major and what isn't. Chile is always considered a major, and they have like 20 divisions...

This video made me want to replicate this but since I have no DLCS I used road to 56 I’m a noob and am stuck in a war of attrition against Germany although I adopted Blitzkrieg And now the USSR landed in Normandy, Dunkerque and Britanny Great vidéo ! Vive l’Empereur ! Ps : you should invade Switzerland, Napoleon was the « Mediator of the Helvetic Confederation » (and it adds blue on the map)

@@Cigarolly I would have to check, but they have some special traits that make claiming them much longer than normale (usually around 300 days). They are not really worth the effort hehe That must be how Switzerland remained independent for so long!
@@MachiavellianStrategistthank YOU for responding comments, also I haven’t watched the latest video since its members first so im not sure if you used it against soviet union or not, but while at war with japan you can join the chinese united front (even after the war is possible because of being non aligned) and when you declare war on soviet union they will automatically cover a huge border with the whole faction and it would overall make things easier (there is of course no need to call the China and warlords in)
Watching this makes me wish Paradox would give the Monarchist Trees for France some more content They should at least make it so that Disunite Germany also returns Danzig to Poland if the Polish are still around (or if Germany annexed Poland, creates the Duchy of Warsaw), and make it so that Legitimist Spain can form the Kingdom of Franco Spain even if the Carlists don’t spawn. Not sure how they should buff Orleanist France
@@WerbellAndreasWerbell I agree, the main advantage of that tree is making you non aligned, the focuses themselves are not great (just some claims that you could fabricate yourself). That being said, the very last one, je suis le deluge, is very good!
@@MachiavellianStrategist I found out a random glitch idk if you knew about this or not but I was playing a Poland game (30 mins of hell) Iron man mode backed out of the game then loaded. then it did it again 2 days later and Germany didn’t declare war and It kept working is it a bug or intentional?
@@kashshhds8824 so, reloading the game in hoi4 sometimes has unexpected consequences. It tends to trigger (or not to trigger) certain behaviors in the AI. For example, Romania joins the Allies if you reload the game while at war with them, while they don't if you do not reload the game. In your case, it seems to have the opposite effect, preventing Germany from declaring war on you. It is definitely not intended, so I would consider it a bug for sure.
That's true, if you wish to avoid a war with them you can also join their faction. But I like having them as puppets, and Okinawa is my favorite destination for holidays!

I just think its a very interesting path because its an historic one while having the option of backstabbing your overlord like Manchukuo. As a fellow efficiency enjoyer, I'm sure you will find a way to exploit the fact that capitulating to the germans can get rid of debuffs in record speed, albeit at the expense of your civs. Try to lose the least amount of equipment hehe (international market cough cough?) Oh, and speaking of Manchukuo and backstabbing, can you do some whacky stuff like hijacking Japan's win condition and conquer them while they are busy with China and then take China for your own. A preemptive strike to not lose Indochina. Then of course backstab Germany while they are busy with the USSR.
