  • Amy Carroll and Cheri Gregory team up to bring hope and help to women who are running on empty. We put more and more pressure on ourselves in an effort to keep up and please others. We lose sight of who we really are and what our lives should be like. Amy and Cheri will help women lose the ill-fitting roles they’ve been trying to fill, love their God-given gifts, and live in a way that truly matters.

I immediately thought of hoarding as how our body reacts to times of trauma, so many women and men have no help or feel they have been abandoned. I would love to be a part of Amy and Cheri's team.

Stillness, Silence, Study- "It's simple but not easy". Really profound. Thank you for this conversation! So many important insights shared. Bless you 💛

11:49 Not a Problem Solver as much as a Problem Preventer - but that prevents a lot of the learning as well...🙏❤

It's true that most Christian women, myself included, feel that they must say Yes to every request. Even saying I'll think about it is frowned upon because it's assumed to be a No. It's very discouraging. Can't wait to get my hands on this book after my small donation. Focus on the Family, I appreciate you!

Lifetime of mostly on the outside looking in. Now in my 80's wondering if I will ever live whatever is left of my life as a disciple as Jesus commanded. My light is not shining.

This sounds like codependency rather a characteristic of women. I can’t relate as a women.

It's madness to take on others burdens, take on other responsibilities, be a do-gooder, try to save the world, bail others out of their consequences, and give, give, give mindlessly and relentlessly to people. This is so ungodly , disrespectful, and sounds more like enabling, taking control, insecurity and co-dependency.
