It's also a good idea to make a board with all the things you already own in you closet. We tend to always pin new things we would like, forgetting that we could be looking for outfit inspiration to use the things we already have.

Pops of color on accessories such as scarfs or medallion type necklaces. My main clothes I tend to be drawn to are Black, Grey, Maroon, browns. Love knee high or ankle boots or wedge shoes but typically on average day just classic shoes like vans or all-star.

My style has always been defined as "plan Jane" or "boring" from my friends and family lol. I'm usually dressed pretty casual. Fall/Winter it's Jean's, long cardigan, printed/solid top and riding boots. I may even throw on a pair of combat boots. Sprint/Summer its shorts, tank/tee, long cardigan of some sort and Berkies. First and foremost I love your channel I have been binge watching since yesterday. I would say I’ve never been able to pinpoint my exact style especially since all my life I’ve gone to school having to wear uniform so I never been able to express/experiment with my style. But I would say I have been gravitating towards feminine chic early 2000 trends that has been happening lately especially with the 90’s inspired hair styles, and to add to that pastel colors have been my thing. While on the flip side I’m very into street wear the baggy pants, sneakers, the big tees, and jackets I’m very inspired by TLC and Aaliyah especially Aaliyah as she was very tomboy but had a feminine twist to it.And lastly to add I love being to wear something that’s quick and comfortable as a fellow New Yorker were constantly on the go I love wearing clothes that are comfortable but stylish like sweats, cargo pants, and a tracksuit. I'd describe my style as Eclectic, earthy and creative... In one of your previous videos you talked about how back in the day, you were very fond of the Denise Huxtable's and Freddie's (from A Different World) style... Til this day, I STILL love their take on fashion and as I matured, I fell in love with Tracee Ellis Ross (she's my spirit animal lol).
My style: 1.Colorfull/floral 2. Sporty 3. Feminine I Love bright floral clothing, I wear lots of joggers, sportleggings and jackets, but also blouses, skirts and dresses. I usually have one (or two if I have a set) floral piece with combined with a neutral or solid colour. I have recently also been mixing some patterns.

even tho i don't rlly dress how i want to cuz i have absolutely no money to spare.. my style is eclectic, old school and maximalist. i'm like an afrocentric bw from the 70's who has a random loc in the back of her head with a curly fro on top lol. i feel as tho i take a lot of inspo from that afro-hippie aesthetic. basic clothing with the accessories being the part that stands out the most. lots of beads, headwraps and african accessories in general. i also like very colourful pieces and timeless clothing like bell bottoms, straight legs and platforms with tiny tops like halters and tubes. i loveee turtlenecks too especially the ones that hugs your body. same with fitted dresses, jerseys, pants etc. one thing that is an instant no for me is baggy clothes! not for me at all... theres a lot more i can list but the last thing in wanna say is you made me realize that i do have a sense of style after all.. i just don't have the funds to dress how i want fully. thank you kia. def subbing!

I'm usually dressed pretty casual. Fall/Winter it's Jean's, long cardigan, printed/solid top and riding boots. I may even throw on a pair of combat boots.
Sprint/Summer its shorts, tank/tee, long cardigan of some sort and Berkies.
I love accessories though. Bangles, large hoops..
I love my "style" and at 40 it definitely works for me!
This is such a great, constructive video that makes me feel inspired to actually put in the effort to find my style. I never even thought to think of the words that describe what I want my style to be, so I appreciate that at the end. The three words I would like my style to be are clean elegant and functional.

Always Own It! I fluctuate from full blown city chic to round the way girl (yeah that's how I roll, lol) . It could be Gucci inspired pumps today and Timberland inspired boots tomorrow. It just depends on who I want to be on any given day. That's the one gift of being a female that I have always loved! Now ya'll noticed I said "inspired" cause I'm all about the look. I love your style. We have the same same just different spelling and we both LOVE TO THRIFT!!! Professional, Classic, w/ Bold pops of color during the week. On the weekends I'm comfortable, athletic with bold colors.

First and foremost I love your channel I have been binge watching since yesterday. I would say I’ve never been able to pinpoint my exact style especially since all my life I’ve gone to school having to wear uniform so I never been able to express/experiment with my style.
But I would say I have been gravitating towards feminine chic early 2000 trends that has been happening lately especially with the 90’s inspired hair styles, and to add to that pastel colors have been my thing. While on the flip side I’m very into street wear the baggy pants, sneakers, the big tees, and jackets I’m very inspired by TLC and Aaliyah especially
Aaliyah as she was very tomboy but had a feminine twist to it.And lastly to add I love being to wear something that’s quick and comfortable as a fellow New Yorker were constantly on the go I love wearing clothes that are comfortable but stylish like sweats, cargo pants, and a tracksuit. I don’t know just to wrap this up I would say my style is:
- Chic but comfortable
- street but feminine
-But not gaudy
- based on my current mood

I'd describe my style as Eclectic, earthy and creative... In one of your previous videos you talked about how back in the day, you were very fond of the Denise Huxtable's and Freddie's (from A Different World) style... Til this day, I STILL love their take on fashion and as I matured, I fell in love with Tracee Ellis Ross (she's my spirit animal lol).
My style:
1.Colorfull/floral
2. Sporty
3. Feminine
I Love bright floral clothing, I wear lots of joggers, sportleggings and jackets, but also blouses, skirts and dresses. I usually have one (or two if I have a set) floral piece with combined with a neutral or solid colour. I have recently also been mixing some patterns.
My style is mixed.
Classic: I like wool coats, blazers, classic outerwear, pumps and elegance - Olivia Pope
Unique: I like bold unique pieces - things you don’t find often with details. Artisan pieces.
Bold - Glamour, a bit of flash, bold colors and bling. A bit edgy. I will wear spikes and funky punk with classic.
Hair: Natural big and full. Low maintenance.
Make up: Mood. I love bold colors and then old school glam.
Fragrance: Gourmand
even tho i don't rlly dress how i want to cuz i have absolutely no money to spare.. my style is eclectic, old school and maximalist. i'm like an afrocentric bw from the 70's who has a random loc in the back of her head with a curly fro on top lol. i feel as tho i take a lot of inspo from that afro-hippie aesthetic. basic clothing with the accessories being the part that stands out the most. lots of beads, headwraps and african accessories in general. i also like very colourful pieces and timeless clothing like bell bottoms, straight legs and platforms with tiny tops like halters and tubes. i loveee turtlenecks too especially the ones that hugs your body. same with fitted dresses, jerseys, pants etc. one thing that is an instant no for me is baggy clothes! not for me at all... theres a lot more i can list but the last thing in wanna say is you made me realize that i do have a sense of style after all.. i just don't have the funds to dress how i want fully. thank you kia. def subbing!
Yassssssss. Loved everything about this video. My style is chic, simplistic and sometimes sexy with a bit of edge. Certain outfits however depend on my mood, the event and location.
My style is grungy nurse just off nightshift lol. But my style has started to improve cause ive realised i love colour- cool jewel reds and purples and navy and greens. And i like loads of colours together and mixing masc and fem styles. I think it was a bit of a break through to realise that to me, neutrals (other than black) are boring. I also love fun earings and changing up my hair so it frames my face totaly differently- which i think are my staples. So my style goals are:
1. Strong
2. Soft
3. Radient
