@@nevelndoli5768Hey I just want to know if is it possible to do real estate as part time? I currently have a 6 to 6 job mon-fri. Studying towards a 9-5 job, but also want to do real estate as part time maybe go full time at later stage. 24 years of age.
Could you create a video of what to agent does on a day to day and the selling/buying process. What the seller does? Does the buyer have to get a approvel buy the bank or does the agent do it? etc
I did work for a real estate property but not registered if sell the company owner was the one taking forward. Now due friendship or relationship with clients I have buyers and sellers, so I want to register n work on my own with my own pace. I don't want to be under someone but work with clients and lawyer only. Stress is something I cannot tolerate as I am 60+.
Is it possible to be an intern without a car because i have made my research about alot of companies and most of them stated that a car is a necessity and that you need at least to have some money that might sustain you for at least 6 months. So my question is do you stand a chance when you dont have any car?
Hey Matthew, I’m 20 and I’m based in Jhb ,I am not too sure about which companies that would be good for my journey, may you please recommend companies I should look into
As a home owner over 50 id never emply a young person to sell my property reason being you need life experience and maturity to deal with a wide variety of people as selling your home is no childs play
I love that actually! It shows that you are wanting to take the sale of your property very seriously and I do to.🙌 However at least in the areas I operated the older agents even though they had experience weren’t doing the most when it came to actually marketing the property, which basically is the only thing the agent has to offer. So my pitch was that I have far more experience in social media and was offering a lot more when it came to getting their property out there. I took multiple properties that were sitting on the market from older agents and came through and sold them within a month through TikTok. Most older agents don’t even know how to use TikTok yet alone lead to the video getting Hundreds of thousands of views.
@@MatthewRavell this one is sadly so far the only one who accepted me because I don't have a driver's license. Other agencies rejected me for that sole reason.
I’m inspired this year I want to take a journey to real estate can you please continue to share more information about this I’m based in Johannesburg I would really appreciate you support 🙏

There are so many great companies here, I would reach out to a few and see if they have available spots for interns and find the one that will best assist you in becoming a successful agent

"Building wealth is like climbing a mountain; investing is the steady ascent, retirement is the summit."
Great analogy! Climbing toward retirement takes effort, but the financial freedom at the top is worth it.
Great insight! I'd love to meet a financial adviser who can help me climb the financial ladder effectively.
Great point, With my adviser’s help, I’ve climbed the financial ladder, making informed decisions that support my retirement goals.

I just became a real estate agent, this is semi-useful... I just don't think my company is taking me seriously.
Unfortunately, that’s the case with a lot of agency’s. That why u want to work for a great agency 🤌
