    I run the soft touch rally grips on all my dual sports . The Italians sure can make a fine grip . 😉

    Why is the variety of grips so low! I dont see much of a difference in them considering the comfort ! What should I get if I want to make long trips with my naked bike and need something thats good for my hand wrists?

      The office likes the Pro Grip 719s and 714s for comfort. Personally, I like Biltwell grips because they're so thick and comfy. They don't last very long, however. If your wrists are hurting, try adjusting your stance and grip (don't hold on too tight). No grip will reduce strain on your wrist, you just have to hold more of your weight with your legs and core to reduce pressure on your hands. -Kraus-e

    How does the comfort compare to the oxford touring heated grips as far as minimizing vibration? My right hand starts getting numb after 30 mins of riding

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      For minimizing vibration, we really like the Dual Sport Grips. That should definitely help. Also remember to keep a light grip. Often we find ourselves using a _death grip_ subconsciously. -DrewZilla

    Any advice for guys with larger than normal hands? The stock grips on my '17 versys1000 aren't all that great for long rides. Thickest spot of these stock grips are 30mm.

      Here are a number of fatter grips to consider. If you have bar ends, you may need to cut the ends off some of these grips. -DrewZilla

    Hey, what grips are run on motogp or world superbike bikes?.. I either see domino or some others?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      They use any number of grips. It all depends on the sponsorship deals. We don't have all the names. -DrewZilla

    Any advice?? I used your bike finder and I brought the progrip 838 for my ninja 636 2016 and it looks to long and skinny for the handle bars is this suppose to be like this?, Ive never changed them before but they don't look like they would fit unless they are stretched a little.

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      They're rubber, so they're designed to be stretched a bit over the bars, so that the grips stay in place. Keep in mind that the grip with the smaller opening fits the left handlebar (clutch side), and the grip with the larger opening fits the right handlebar (throttle side). -DrewZilla

      How did u like the grips? I’m looking to buy a pair for my 636

  • @pacstar23
    @pacstar23 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    do the grips come in a pair?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, grips are sold in a pair. They are left- and right-specific, as the throttle side grip has a slightly larger opening to fit over the throttle tube. -DrewZilla
