This is officially one of the most amazing feelings in the world! Towing foiling is like saying cheers to gravity and resistance and entering space mode.
I love the versatility of my AK Durable Supply Co. 110L foil-board and 1900 foil from Airush South Africa. Available at Obsession Kiting in Langebaan and Severne Sails SA in Cape Town. The foil is designed to effortlessly glide through the water with mind-blowing stability and ease. Charl, my dad, Joos, and I had a blast on the water!! The arc with its tiny engine and super low power mode was just ideal! Nothing more needed, once you lift out of the water, all the resistance and sound disappears and the boat goes a few knots faster. The trick was to finely manage the rope tension when my speed ramped up faster than the boat, by grabbing an extra loop and making a few turns. I also practiced pumping the board when I lost ripe tension to keep the lift. My goal is to be able to continue pumping the board over a long distance😁
