Love this stuff man! LOL honestly I consume more camera / film gear content than I do DJ content. This was best of both worlds. You got all the toys. Super dope. Been wanting that A7S 😅 but, then lenses uffff steeppp!!!!

Great video! Would you mind sharing what settings on your camera for photos. I struggle to get good shots of the first dance and the dance floor. I get blurry images or dark images. Not sure what shutter and iso you are using. Would really appreciate your help!

What would you recommend for single ops? I’m all by myself at events, & unfortunately that makes it tough to capture any decent content.

It doesnt, you always should have someone at your events with you, and they can help capture content. I would invest as much money as you can into a solid full frame camera like the Sony a73, and then invest in a great, 16-35 or 24-77 2.8 lens that can give you great options for photo and video in low light.

      Raw for images always

Do you have any wording on your contract that you might be shooting stills/ video? I always talk to the photographers and let them know what and why I’m getting images and stay out of their shots.

Sure do! Will do a quick video.

@@Jason_Jani I’d like to see a video about this too. I’d also love it if you could include an explanation of conversations you have with the photographer and videographer. For instance, I’ve been asked if I’m going to provide the media I take to the client etc
