Thumbs up for the forward facing patch panels, I've been doing this on my DJ rig since 2011. If anything goes wrong, no more messing around in the back of a rack.
Dude that case is absolutely insane and you are probably the most professional dj I've ever seen...I've worked for an entertainment company and it's nothing like what you do...you and your company are amazing...I'm a dj that does bars clubs and private events...your knowledge is superior...you and Joe Bunn are straight up pimps when it comes to this entertainment game...I salute you and love to see your content...cheers my dude... appreciate you wholeheartedly
Nice. That will set you back about 5-8K....but totally worth it i think. i would add removable iPad holder & mic holding clips to the side for quick access during gigs...but other than that, im inspired to spend some money now :). Thanks again for the content
I would install an iPad holder if i always used it, but I keep that in my pelican case, and depending on the setup would impact what I am doing with it. But a nice suggestion for sure.
Jason love what u do and how u do It. Curious about the wireless mics about ready to get some new Shure products. The ones in your rack look like QLXD. The link I clicked on under description goes to ULX-D. Do you run both. Just debating if I want to get an all in one 2 receivers that share the same unit or get them individual like you have in yours. Your system is very well put together. Much love🎛🎬✍️
Great video Jason. I've noticed you've laid out the Touchmix in rack cases like this. Curious, what kind of tray and mounting option do you use for the touchmix to keep it secure in the case during transit? Is it an industrial grade velcro? Thanks!
Hey Jason quick question I’m looking to build out a rack , I do a good mix of events , I’ve seen both of your audio rack videos, I like them both , which one would your recommend this one or the skb one that you featured in the other video ? Thanks your guy DJ Chris Clash aka Ho Ho
Hey Chris, it depends what your goals are. If it is just audio then I think the 6 space rack by SKB is a win. Its easy to move around, its light and it provides for the needed space to get a ton done.
Thanks Jason I’m leaning that direction for now it’s more Audio and I do a good amount of outdoor events including Football games on the island so I think the SKB makes more sense .. Thank You !
Is this setup meant to be outputting audio from both microphones back to the computer via Touchmix in the goal of streaming online? The Touchmix doesn’t have a USB input to feed the audio to your streaming platform.
Touchmix sends audio to speakers, and also the blackmagic where it is sent to the stream. Touchmix allows for a universe of inputs - dj, microphones etc... all as individual lines
It’s only a lot of coin if you do not have the need for it or work to support it. I’m a glass half full guy all the time and having the proper tools is part of the equation of getting to the next level.
WOULD LOVE TO KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT OR CASE BUILD IN THIS VIDEO! ASK AWAY, AND BE SURE TO THUMBS UP THIS VIDEO!
Thank you for sharing this with the world.

Another great gear video! Question: Is the Tripp Light power strip plugged into the Furman Power Conditioner or direct to an outlet?
nice

@@Jason_Jani are you outputting from the QSC mixer into the 3.5 mm jack found on the back of the Blackmagic?
Wow,,wish I had the $$ to do this BUT this is waaay too much coin for me and,,I believe,, the majority of DJ's out there.

@@Jason_Jani No I don't have the need or the work to support it,,,but hey,,,,maybe one day!!!
@@phinds1 You have to believe it can and will happen
@@Jason_Jani Trying hard my man,,tryin' hard.
