As we entered Stony Brooke, we were immediately captivated by its unique theme-a mesmerizing sight of steam water flowing under our very own dining table. It created an ambiance that transported us to a tranquil oasis, setting the perfect stage for a delightful dining And that's not all. Stony Brooke also surprised us with a complementary fish spa, a truly refreshing and unique way to relax while enjoying our meal. The gentle nibbling of tiny fish on our feet added an extra touch of indulgence to our visit.
Let's dive into the culinary highlights of our experience. Our taste adventure began with the Mushroom Peshawan. Each bite revealed juicy mushrooms, bursting with natural juices and delicately spiced. The flavors were perfectly harmonized, leaving us craving for more.
Next up, we tried the Chicken Roasted Chilli-a Chinese-style dish cooked to perfection. Sliced and full of flavor, it satisfied our craving for something a little spicy. While enjoyable, it didn't stand out as much as the other dishes we savored.
Moving on to the Chicken Stick Sizzler, we were presented with a sizzling platter of grilled chicken. While the chicken was slightly over-grilled, resulting in a hint of bitterness on the edges, the dish was redeemed by the succulent chicken paired with delectable capsicum as a delightful side.
The moment we had been eagerly awaiting arrived-the main course. First on the list was the Chicken Dum Biryani. The aroma of the unique Malala used in the rice greeted our senses, and we knew we were in for a treat. The flavorful rice perfectly complemented the four tender pieces of chicken, making it a generous portion for our party of three.
Lastly, we savored the pinnacle of our culinary journey-the Mutton Fry Biryani. This dish took us to another realm of taste. Small chunks of tender mutton, cooked separately and then combined with the fragrant rice, created a symphony of flavors. It was rich, it was tasty, and it was truly out of this world.
