Nutrilbullet you can get them at Best Buy. I have had one and liked it, now also use a ninja blender with Auto-iQ. Auto adjust the speeds at intervals.
Josh with all due respect, fats and (raw) greens post workout?!?! If the body is needing for fast absorbing nutrients in order to have material to use in it´s recovery, fat and raw vegetables wouldnt take to long to be digested and available?

Jackie Carpenter actually it does. The banana gives it a nice sweet taste. I usually uses a unflavored pea protein powder and even that taste nice. So I am guessing a vanilla flavoured power will be make it even more tastier. Give it a try.
I am no expert, but I am surprised you added complex carbs and fat to that shake. That would cause the glucose to take longer till it enters your bloodstream. Try mixing whey isolate and fruit juice instead without the extra bulk and fat. This is only for the PWO shake. My tip is based on the info I gained from watching Prof Don Layman's videos, thanks.

I make almost the exact same thing for breakfast everyday! I’ll throw in whatever veges I have (carrots, broccoli, etc) if i’m out of kale or spinach.
