No. It’s because everyone is different and we all require our own food requirements. What works for one does not work exactly the same for everyone. It takes wisdom to find out what works best for that person which will be different for each person. Keto with OMAD works miracles for me but might not work at all for anyone else.

It may be “ethical” to you but it’s certainly not meant for humans. A lot of vegans are going back to eating animal products because they realize this “diet” is unsustainable. You would die in nature trying to be vegan. If nobody believes me look up vegan tooth loss on TH-cam or google ex vegan forums or the videos on here about what we’ve learned from ex vegans

You can’t get to that level of fitness through classic CF training with 2 strength work days a week mixed with a 15-30 min long metcon. Most of their training revolves around getting as strong as possible and skill work. Oxygenative conditioning can be increased within a few weeks, so they simply train CF metcons a few weeks before a competition. When you’re strong you move sub maximal weights easier already, then just add some conditioning work to it and bam! You’re set
The big difference between them and us is their CP battery capacity. It can be trained to a certain extent, but much like neuromuscular efficiency it’s mostly a genetics thing.

he tracks every gram of juice though. cant blame him they all are. fun fact, people who are later bounced for juicing lose constantly in the games. 7 day, all day grueling competitions. the guys and gals on test and mast would own day 4,5,6,7 against people not juicing. yet they dont. because they are all juicing, and the people on the top pay coaches that specialize in getting athletes to pass drug tests. just look at the women. they look like top physique pro body builders (that we know juice) all year long, doing hours of cardio a day AND GAIN MUSCLE MASS.
