I like your channel. One suggestion to solve an issue I have with fishing channels in general… I think every fishing video should start with a quick explanation of the month of the year, the basic geographic area you are in (like "south Alabama" for example) and the type of water…such as fresh vs brackish, river, feeder creek, lake, etc. It helps to have some basic context.

Nice video. I love me some crappie fishing. I have been using the Lews Walley Marshal pro-series 7’ rods for years. They run about $50.00 for the rod but in my opinion they are worth every penny. Keep your lines tight.

looks fun but here in south Florida, can't find any. I know people catch them in lake Okeechobee but that's it buddy...
That scenery reminds me of Caddo lake, espe ially on the Texas side in the state park.
It fished pretty similar too. One of my favorite places.

Some nice crappie man. The water look like it would have Gators in there. That's probably what attacked that one fish. But I see you have fun on the water though with your buddy. Tell your wife the Mackey family says happy Mother's Day to her. You take it easy brother and be safe out there.
