I remember a family launch booster bike coaster for Gloomy Wood was planned, with a witch’s broom theme around 15 years ago?
I was going to include that but wasn’t overly sure if it was legit or not!

imagine the cross valley coaster but with 2 stations so it was actually like a transportation method. Tbh places should actually start using rollercoasters as transportation in place of trains. Faster and funner

That first drop on the Gravity Group one actually looked really cool i think but I still prefer the laterals you get on Wickerman
I always wanted the broomstick themed booster bikes in Gloomy Wood that had the plans drawn up for. Apparently, one of the main reasons we never got it was because they already had RITA and they didn't think they needed two launch coasters. Jeeze!!!!

It has crossed my mind that another reason the skyride is closed for a second years is that Alton Towers are secretly building some foundations for the cross valley coaster. I wouldn't rule it out.
