Your testing of different colors and shades of pigment is awesome. I’m looking for a video on a brown beige metallic with a purple shade of pigment not heavy but a light to medium look. Keep up the great work I appreciate all you do to help with procedures and steps you take to make it happen.
I'm very very new to car painting and I'm glad I came across your channel. I totally understand what you mean by not doing all the steps on the demo's, but it would be nice if one of your videos you would do all the steps and explain as you go. Also I find your explanations very understandable. Thank you.
I'd love to see 2 coats of the geisha doll over a dark blue. Just to see if you could get more blue, but with just a slight shimmer of the purple. Basically, similar to when you sprayed it over the black, but less purple.
Would love to see this repeated on a different test panel with a darker gray. Then compare the two so we could see the difference that the base color makes.
Great videos man, cool color. I would like to see black base with very little geisha doll so it still looks black until light hits it. Keep doing the videos man, you're doing great 👍👍
I found that Geisha on white had a slight yellow discoloration but had the effect of the inside of a clam, II put it over a gun metal gray and it had some nice effects and a nice color change.
I'm sure you get a ton of requests, I'd love to see a red pigment over black. Looking at the Senshi Red, Akai Tsuki Red, and a few others, for 70 Ford F100 stepside.
Another great project GT! I have a project coming up and it would be awesome if you could show what a single stage paint with one of the eye candy color shift (rising sun, sumo ect.) would look like.
That's really cool !! Keep it up. I am looking for a truck topper and being pre-owned I'm sure it's going to need painted to match the truck, sure wished I was in your area.
GT this looks awesome, it’s very subtle at certain angles. If that Geisha flops from purple to blue would it be possible to spray it on a black base pretty please. 🙏 I have a black truck & want use an inter coat/clear coat over it. Thanks for the consideration.
Have you thought about doing paint job giveaways? Instead of using materials just for videos? I'm sure many of us would pay for a chance at a paint job. Just a thought.
That would be incredibly stupid. Sure it sounds nice to you to get an extremely cheap paint job but hell he couldn have 25x the amount of subs that he has and it STILL wouldn't even break even for the cost of materials
I know time is money but could you do an example of a cut and buff after one of your sample finder paintings? Those finders come out really nice but I would like to see the after effect. Thanks and keep up the good work.
You know they make alot of these rustoleum colors in pints and quarts if you're going to convert it to shoot out of a gun anyways you might as well save a step and some money especially on black and grey that you use more often.
Hey man you now there's another way to get the paint out of that can right.. put in a vice upside down. Let it sit for a few. Get a small drill bit and pop alittle hole in the bottom.. let the pressure go and then por into a cup
I put clear on top of a car that I painted with rustoleum paint and I ended up having a reaction I was thinking instead of using harne using some other pain mix with the clear as it finish
Love the Chanel as a n00b I gotta ask do you ever run into mixing ratio issues due to you using a scale to measure. The materials have different weights so 1 oz of clear isn't going to weigh the same as 1 oz of reducer or hardener.
I’m wondering if this idea is possible? I’m thinking about a pearl orange or red. With a color shift of some stripes. If not a pearl maybe a candy. I want to do a 69 Camaro with the SS stripes. Making the stripes so you don’t see them at first glance and then Bam! Holy crap they are there!
Hello I'm new to the channel thank you for the videos hey I got a question can you show us a video how do you extract the paint from the paint can using the straw
Re-spray on your car, wondering if there anything like a flat or mat or semi black flake sprayed in a mat clear? For people that like their hoods, roofs, etc black. Not sure if you have tried anything black on black in mat?
The plan for my car is a red base, 50 grams yamagata red pearl, and 25 grams ruby red flakes. I would love to have a matte-black hood, roof, and possibly the trunk. Then spray the wheels with a black base and add black cat flake. I'm sure the flake would be beautiful on the wheels, it would be a shame not to do the hood roof and trunk also, but that would take away from my original plan. I may not add flake to a matte finish my car, but I'll try an experiment. I did a video about a year ago spraying matte over a metallic black. It's hard to see the metallic. I think that's what I'm expecting with flake too th-cam.com/video/A9KABrs8wzU/w-d-xo.html
@@GTsPerformance The red will look awesome! The black affect was more of a question on whether you have seen or down anything with additives and still maintain that mat black look for a hood. Your channel is awesome and I look forward to your new full vehicle plan.
Following the 50grams per gallon ratio, a quart would need about 12 grams to get this result. But remember, you can go as creative as you want. You can add more layers or less to achieve the desired look
I love these videos. I'm learning a lot. There's a video out that I've watched at least 50 times and I can't figure out how this is done. At First, It seems like its just Violet Pearl Mica Powder, But at the 5:33 When he shines the light on It....POW!!!!! A Glitter Bomb!!! I would love If you know how this is done and/or you can duplicate this in one of your videos. Here is the TH-cam Link: th-cam.com/video/mK78SdPqYxA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=LE29JFmjmrrAFmhW

I hope Rust-Oleum sponsors this guy soon. Another great video!
It reminds me of a color that would have come on a late 90s Escalade or Lexus. It came out great.
Bro I swear your channel is like a calming therapy session 🙂 Thanks for all the work you put it man 🙏🏼💯🔥
I wonder how a light gold interference color shift would look over Rust-Oleum Forged Hammered Burnished Bronze?
This the one I asked for 🎉👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍👍
Awesome…gonna do daughters car like this. It’s already gray so sand down coat of grey and geisha/clear 💯

Wow this is awesome! This is almost exactly what I asked for a couple months ago. Thanks GT!
That looks wicked! I can’t wait to get onto paint for my Silverado, that blue over white u did wile back was the one for me.
Dude - I would love to have my Corolla painted with this pearl over the factory color as base coat.
the taking a look between coats is helpful, gives you are chance ot see how much difference it make as you go. Great job.
I feel like he listened to my comment from one of his recent videos when I said spray can white with a pearl. This is grey but close enough 🎉

You dropping the gems on us. This is a great looking finish. On a whole spray out, this would get some attention.
That is beautiful! Thank you! Keep doing what you’re doing! I really enjoy your channel.

Wow this one is my favorite you've down. I absolutely love the higher pigment load stuff.
Super chingo trabajo🎉 GT's Performance

I just subscribed because I've been watching every video anyway. I only subscribe for the best so you're good bro

Ive been trying to source a grey with gold pigment. glad to find your content, i hope to see an example here
Amazing work.
Can you add the same grade that you doing with the Pearl with blue or red how would that work
Thanks for another great video 👍🏼👍🏼💯

Can you add acetone to your paint how would that work
That came out great! I know the base was Gray but that looks like a beautiful Pearl White 😎
You mentioned painting your car. You have to do a full video of that . Please.
That's really cool !! Keep it up. I am looking for a truck topper and being pre-owned I'm sure it's going to need painted to match the truck, sure wished I was in your area.
Aluminum silver with red pearl
Hey mate loving these videos 💪
I would love to see this pigment over metallic silver👌

Can you do metallic silver.
NICE WORK ................................................................AND NICE COLOR..............................................................
Love the videos!! Keep up the great work! I like to see a yellow and blue color combo I've always like those two colors together
Cool stuff thanks great video brother 👍
Good spraying clear coat for the day

@@BryanMiranda96not to mention getting whoever wins car shipped to him as what are the chances they'd be local
Shit I would pay for materials if you would spray it
You have inspired me to start painting do today I bought the stuff to start airbrushing
Hey bro, can you show some ghost blue over gun metal grey please and maybe a hyper colour too?
Can you show how you clean your gun between coats. It definitely contributes to the end result especially when using a Harbor Freight gun.
I believe he misspoke. You don't clean between coats but between materials.
I know time is money but could you do an example of a cut and buff after one of your sample finder paintings? Those finders come out really nice but I would like to see the after effect. Thanks and keep up the good work.
I love the Babydoll flake, interesting video. I would suggest a Mango base with a gold flake as a test. Thank you.
Do you have a video of eye candy tsunami green over black?
I'd love to see the Kin gold over a black base
Even Kin gold over this stone grey would be good too
You know they make alot of these rustoleum colors in pints and quarts if you're going to convert it to shoot out of a gun anyways you might as well save a step and some money especially on black and grey that you use more often.
Can you do a silver base with orange pearl
Bottom of the fender would of been nice to spray black base or red 👍🏼
Really cool
love the videos man your what has gotten me into actually taking a shot at this stuff
Looks nice. I bet a candy cobalt blue over the top of this would be a nice effect on the blue.
could you try the same grey with some of kin gold plz
Good job 👍
Man that rocks!
How about key lime and a green pearl
Another great job brother

I want this or the ultrashift tsunami
I’m not a fan of that geisha doll because of the purple but I’d like to see it over an orange or green. Curious if the blue would be more visible.
So badass! ❤THANKS
how about the geisha doll over the gloss almond, this was a cool sprayout, i like what you do with the spray cans

what would happen if i used a tan base instead of a grey would it still fade to purple
Do you or have you sprayed the rustoleum clear coat?
Hello I'm new to the channel thank you for the videos hey I got a question can you show us a video how do you extract the paint from the paint can using the straw
been following you bro from roma amazing job you do.. my trucks paint is fading from roof and hood, how much you charge me to paint?
