- Hello everyone, this is a mod called Galactic Contention for a game called Squad. Squad can be found in the steam store and Galactic Contention can be found in Squad's Steam workshop. I hope you have a wonderful day

@@Pierre777-it’s true, every time I play I get hero and massacre everyone else. If I die then I just spawn right back since there’s no delay. It’s hero spam

Lol i love the intensity of it! The building tension as you hope your pilot can land on the platform, the ships strafing troops as they fight along it and the close quarter fighting along chokepoints and lane ways. Its an awesome Star Wars experience.

We really need a multiplayer game like this. Sure Battlefront 2 is fun but it’s not as intense as this game mod

This was pure chaos and I loved every minute! Nothing gets me harder, than a smooth drop ship landing into a fire fight lol

this game looks so much fun
Them talking about how they are like family or a collective at the beginning bc they're all the same guy killed me, mostly bc its kinda true and shows why clones would always hav ended up winning the war. Droids dont hav emotional moments where one guy goes crazy emotionally and physically bc of hormones biological beings hav to save or bc he couldnt save his fellow soldiers and end up taking out like 10 or 20 droids before their own death.

Tip: you can change the reticle on a lot of blasters by changing what would be ranging in vanilla squad

This is what happens when games are passion projects(yes IK this is a mod and it less effort etc) Regardless this mod makes for a Star wars combat experience that is almost defining how Star wars games SHOULD be... EA should take notes, lots and lots of notes.

I mean, have you watched the serie clone wars? Some moments were pretty brutal, like when they go back on geonosis. You see clones getting blown up left and right

@@michazadkowski8516 Hello there! the servers are down due to the ICO update they may be down for 1-3 months. The amazing GC modders are updating the mod for us 😄. The servers are callef Galactic Contention 01 and 02, as well as a server called " Unnamed galactic contention".

Hi Ethan its on the steam workshop, it has multiple servers and there are 99 players in each and a queue of 25 sometimes. Fan base waited 3 months for an update and its like we all surged back in 😄

small arms do nothing to vehicles
Hi Bluenchi, we shot down an HMP with small arms fire 13:25-13:44. Ground vehicles don't take damage from small arms but aircraft can 👍.

If EA were to make a game like this nobody would play it cause it involves a lot of effort to play the game, people without mics get kicked out from servers in squad and games are long, it’s not a fast food gaming experience that most of you want.
AA shouldnt be avaliable until like a quatar of the way into the game. Atleast let people play you know?
