Hey there, no it is not a full circle skirt, it is still a quarter circle. But I cut it in half because it is easy to work with a quarter of a pattern...so even if you don't cut it in half it will still be a quarter circle but in half scale. Hi there, try and set your stitch length on the highest or wider setting, if it is still tight like mine usually does, go to your tension and loosen it.

What the difference between full circle,half circle n quarter circle I'm confused
It's the flare, if you look at them you will see the full flare, mid flare and the small flare.
