This just proves to me how much better the MAN dash and interior is. Proper integration of media rather than an iPad stuck to the dash, and buttons and controls for almost everything. Thank you MAN!

@@TomasVarg I do, I drive a 2017 Mack Pinnacle CXU613 and haul a food grade tanker. I’ve been to Sweden and the Scania museum twice and just love their trucks, it is light years beyond anything we have here, at least until the new Volvo comes out and it seems to be close on tech. Absolute nighmare. Constantly taking your eyes of the road to do the simplest of tasks. Just a matter of time before someone it's hurt. It's a BIGGER DISTRACTION THAN BEING ON THE MOBILE PHONE!!!

I love scania but I drive benz now with screens also and what I can say that Scania did better is all the media are in that screen ofc but to lift axel, turn off lane assist and stuff like that there are still physical buttons. It's not like a big thing maybe but still. In benz you can turn on beacons, lock diffs, transfer weight to middle axel and reset suspension. And don't get me wrong actros L is really good machine and once you use to it it's great but the thing with scania is you get inside for the first time and you are home... everything is where you expect it. At least that's mine experience. We have in company scania new gen but with old dashboards and can't wait to get on this one

I don't know why people think the new system is so great. There are a few functions that have been included in EU guidelines. This means that vehicle manufacturers are forced to have it on new vehicles in order to get them registered. The new vehicle can't do more than that compared to the old vehicle. In addition, there were and still are massive problems with the software, which leads to massive problems in the workshops. Scania has not done itself any favors with the new vehicles.

Both of my dashboards packed up 3 times sending it back to Scania . It would still drive and all lights on the outside work as they would normally you just have no idea on speed or any information from the dash as they both turned off

@@ARM-KING-777 I never bother to use the built in navigation of any truck. It's always rubbish. Better to stick with a standalone unit. Tomtom Garmin etc
I've been driving a new Scania 2024 for 2-3 months now, and I'm not satisfied at all. The navigation shows that I'm in Stockholm, but my truck is in Slovenia. The Bluetooth often doesn't work. The radio turns on by itself at night, even when the keys are out of the truck. The screens have turned off several times, and I had to disconnect the batteries to get them working again. The main problem for me is that there is no information on the display about the tachograph, which is the most important thing for me as a truck driver. I have been to an authorized Scania service center in Slovenia several times, and they told me they couldn't help; my only hope is when a new software update comes out. Thumbs down from me. 👎👎👎

For a moment I thought I had stepped into a Skoda. Thumbs down to VW Group for trying to transfer this technology into Scanias. Those displays look so out of place and so un-Scania.
@ im driving one as we speak and currently theres a radio playing from only one speaker and i cannot turn the radio of the only way to fix it is to stop and disconnect the battery its so sad, such a beautiful car and so many problems

Atleast volvos touch screen set up actually works. The 1 in vid above is first 1 iv seen that actually works. None in UK.work correctly.
