I agree about Felicia and Frisco - sweet and sexy love affair. Discovered these scenes and have really looked deep as to what was going on between Jack and Kristina in them. This was about the time she says they started to date seriously. She became pregnant a few months later. When Felicia tells Frisco she loves him (@6:30) watch his reaction, like he is a little surprised by the way she says it - and her nervous smile at him. What a gorgeous pair these two were!
I love F & F they truly are THE SUPERCOUPLE. No one can ever hold a candle to them. I cry when the Lady of My Heart music starts it's so sweet and tender the love that they share and it shines through.
Jack's delivery of 'Some place where there are no memories' breaks me every time. 😢 Instead of their reunion being joyous, it was overshadowed by sadness. Tears not of happiness but sorrow. F&F had many wonderful memories in their brownstone apt, and they would eventually return to it. As a devoted F&F fan, no celebrating. Hopeful for what was to come, at best. Unfortunately, the GH writers failed to write these characters as they had been, prior to JW leaving. The magic these two previously had was mostly lost. Just glimpses now and then. Their organic playfulness, displays of affection and ever-present sense of romance, which we had loved about them, were now replaced by heavily-scripted, choreographed scenes. Although there were moments to feel encouraged, they weren't able to recapture the essence of who they were before.
The spark was always there, but I wonder if all the physical affection in these 'reuniting' scenes really triggered their real-life romance... I don't know how actors can touch so much and not feel Something real, and the way THEY touched was so tender and natural.

They were not together at the time. The daughter was conceived in 1988. Jack and Kristina's relationship became serious in 1989 when he came back to GH, as far as the "affair" is concerned Jack was doing theatre and had a one night stand with one of the dancers. She gave the baby up and informed Jack of her decision after the fact but it was too late. The baby was already in the system and she was gone.

I've been talking and reading about favorite scenes all day but not F&F ones. Different board different couple. Course these two had some with the other couple. The part I was most impressed was how GH took it was the bed to the ceiling in thst one scens.

Every time that I watch this, I have to give it to Frisco for being so understanding with Felicia about Colton. So wish that the writers would have had this storyline differently. Finally, they were together & all Felicia could do was talk about Colton....granted Frisco waited & gave her time but the next day, she still was all about Colton..

He killed her husband ( or so we thought) the only women I heard of marrying a man that killed their husband is an accomplice. And the worst part was how everyone including Tony kept defending Colton to Frisco. The man tried to kill him he has every right to be angry. Everyone was mad at Frisco because he was hateful towards Colton and wanted his life back. The writing definitely need to be different.
I always felt when she got pregnant with their first son that it was planned and not an accident---my reasoning Kristina was married to her high school teacher just after she graduated and the marriage lasted until after she started on GH and she didn't get pregnant the whole 5 years she was married so why would she get pregnant by accident unless it's something they both wanted at the time---I remember hearing Jack say when he left he stayed in touch with both Brad Maule who played his brother and Kristina and that she was often back stage at his concerts---they were friends first and not hard to understand that they started dating when he returned to GH
He said in interviews that they "played around with it" almost from the beginning of when they met but got serious when he returned - She has said there was "passion" from the start - that it just became a more respectful love when he came back. And they both said it got serious when she got pregnant; his song "It's My Baby" rather implies it was accidental (lyric: "this wasn't in our plans, it happened too soon"), but not a regret that they got pregnant. She said he's "always been my true love" - and that seemed obvious from early on. Whatever happened in their real lives ultimately is no one's business (in my opinion) and there's been so much speculation and rumor that it is unseemly when talking about total strangers.

Lisa Graves She cut it really short after she got the news that Frisco was “dead” it was symbolic of her trying to move on without him. By the time he came back to the show it was finally growing back.
The writers during this whole mess were not nearly as good as earlier ones for F&F. I keep remembering those really terrific discussions the two had when he was thinking of joining the WSB back in 1987 - there was such a realness to those talks - her fears, his determination and belief they could make it even with him in the WSB - why he wanted to pursue it - all of it was really well written, directed and acted. This Felicia hasn't even talked to him about his experiences and prison time - so bizarre. This stupid stuff focusing on colton is just pathetic. She never looked this upset about how much Frisco was "hurting" when she treated him like dirt when he returned. And, hey, where's the earlier unbridled passion between F&F?
There was always magic between Jack and Kristina onscreen that neither with them shared with anyone else onscreen--they often talked about the chemistry between them but other than that neither have ever talked about their personal lives together or since they broke up as a couple so there's so much speculation about why their marriage didn't last and so many lies about their breakup
Just think if they wrote a book about there life as a super couple on and offset like you watching them on tv and they whisper in each ears you like what they say to each other
Since this storyline was going along I think Frisco And Colton should had gotten in a big fight. That is one part I would put in if I was the writer. And of course Frisco would win.

JW has a contract with Crown Media for WCTH and the Wedding March franchise so he doesn't need GH any more and the story lines have become stale. Shows are written to formula so there's no innovative s/ls being written. With more competition today, they don't make the money for advertising that they made in the past
No relationship is perfect and you don't have to be celebrities to have problems in your marriage---some are able to work through them and others aren't. It's hard on relationship when one or the other goes on location shoots. Then you have actors or actresses will have someone anonymously go say they were with another actor or actress that's successful to boost their career even though it's a lie and then fans read about it on the Internet and believe it. They're no better than the Enquirer or The Post that make up stories about actors and actresses just to sell magazines and papers. By the way Jack's mother 100 this years and I believe she and his brother would have kicked his ass for for doing that to Kristina and his sons. He took seriously being a role model for his sons and he wouldn't his sons to do that to their girlfriends.

(paraphrased) 2013 was 7 years after their divorce (2006), plus they'd spent much of the early 2000s apart. That's a lot of years dealing with whatever happened. (Granted, everyone grieves and heals on their own timeline.) Deep wounds. 😢 Have only seen a few of his 'talk show' interviews in which he's mentioned that he and K are closer now (as of the time of the interview) than when they were married. Interesting.

A couple of years Jack was being interviewed for WCTH on a morning show and mentioned he'd recently broken up with a girlfriend and what he learned that he has an image in his head of his expectations of the woman he's with---so if KW wasspeaks louder than words and you could definitely see a strong connection between them trying to be what he wanted her to be then yes she lost a sense of self. Both were being interviewed on a talk show for WCTH. First they interviewed Jack for a few minutes and then had Kristina come on with the excuses she was running late. Every time she answered a question she turn to look at Jack and by the end of the interview, he was leaning towards her---body language speaks louder than words and its obvious there's still a strong connection between them that her nothing to do with their kids---they're no longer married to each other but they still have a strong connection--think about it--neither have ever remarried although they long since moved on

Back then, no internet for comments so reading the ones, now, which speak to J&K's personal life bring to light things I lived without knowing for all these decades (and sometimes wish had remained the case). Always appreciate reading your insights. I've seen J&K's Oprah interviews and when they appeared on FOX11 for 'WCTH'...which I would end up watching, muted, just to note their body language. (After J/F's return to GH in '89, K/F wore red in some very pivotal scenes. Think I've seen mention of him liking her in red. Thought it interesting that her sweater on the visit to FOX was a similar shade of red. Where these two are concerned, unfortunately, I'm sometimes guilty of over-analyzing.) Whatever their current relationship, the F&F fan in me wants to envision them as how they were during the best of times.

@@cmitchell7347Yeah I find his quote interesting too. I think he means that they are closer now like friends than when they were married. I have seen interviews where both have spoken about the relationship and marriage and said they never regretted it even though it didn’t work out. Also saying that they were so grateful for each other and their journey. That sounds like a close relationship to me and naturally have a bond having children.
