Ogden taking out all his anger and agenda on ten hag even after he is long gone. Showed how much he hates ten hag and united ! Literally a city and liverpool agent who can't stop talking about united !
Guess who's the biggest challenge for Amorim? It's not ManCity or Liverpool. It's you people. The dude will do good in United as long as you don't put pressure from the outside.
@@hbos9709 If you look at the overall trajectory of his career, the numbers, the quality of the managers sacked during his time, there is no reasonable way to conclude that he is anything but a mid table footballer. He's fast, can play a good switch ball, is good at cutting inside, and 1 year out of 10 he might put up impressive numbers. He's also an erratic finisher with zero composure, a mediocre dribbler, less than mediocre work rate and has a low football IQ. Classic mid table winger qualities.
@@AA-ki6znyou say that as if he has ever played in a good winning man united team. He's never been part of a good team do chances are he could put up 15 goals a season like most good left wingers.
Mark Ogden repeating a false statement several times about a “new contract”. They triggered a 1yr contract extension on his existing contract. You would never report a player triggering a 1 year extension on their existing contract as a “new contract”. But we know that narrative clearly feeds an anti-United agenda.
United still need a striker that has got good conversion rate plus ability to hold the ball upfront coz pressure will really be immense on the players this time
We need a left sided full back/ winger. Otherwise the squad is great on paper. Not buying Gyokeres would be naive watching other teams get him would be a disaster
And it's okay. That team is just dysfunctional, but there's still a lot of ability there. If we're to make signings, they need to be the right ones, after Amorim has assessed what he's got and what he needs. I'm sure the discussion of transfers is a talk he had with the board and I'm confident this is happening with his go-ahead. We can't make the same mistakes of bringing in new players every window yet they've been hardly the right signings.
I would say that Amorim actually inherited a quite good squad. Of course its not his signings and his choices but they are better than people try to portrait it. And by the way Amorim is the head coach that also state that he will not have the same power regarding transfers that previous mangers had. I belive that he will get the best out of the palyers.
Is the reality that none of the managers that came in before Amorim, could understand which players needed the hairdryer treatment and which players needed an arm over the shoulder. From what I've been hearing, Amorim has a bit of both in him. There are stories if some players meeting his ruthless side!
United dont necessarily need players and the Jan window is not ideal for buying anyway. He has most of the players he needs. And INEOS has already hinted that they’re not going to chop and hack at the squad each time a new coach comes in. Amorim is very good at using young players and United has a host of talent in the academy. And he will tap those resources and he will make do with what he has and know what new players he really needs at the end of the season and not before.
I think there is lots of room for improvement without huge investments. Core players will definitely get better with new positions on the field, better coaching, solid structure, consistent expectations and good morale. There is a large academy pool full of talented teenagers. Amass, Matato, Kone, Chido, Goodwill, Scanlon, Ibragimov, Lusale, etc And finally, there is lots of players that could be cut. Eriksen, Lindelof, Maguire, Evans are out of contract, so I would let them all go. Antony I think has to go for many reasons. Casemiro doesn't fit and is top 4 earners in the league. If there is a buyer, let him go. Zirkzee transfer was weird... maybe we can sell while he has suitors in italy...Malacia should go and restart his career. Shaw can go if his injuries persist. We did bring in a guy who write a paper on hamstring injury prevention...could also help Mount... Rashford sale could bring in quite substantial funds on PSR All that could save huge money on wages and we could bring in 3-4 top players to improve the squad. We might not need Gyokeres, but I do wish we get Geovanny Quenda. The kid looks fire! Inacio is also good deal. And maybe a player like Frimpong or Davies
You label zirkee transfer as weird shows and wanting to sell rashford shows your ignorance. Zirkee was a cheap buy that's why . INEOS dont want to spend money . Good points on the defenders but the players you listed at the are not good enough for utd
@hbos9709 that is the problem with the club. Signing players because they are a good deal. Zirkzee was weird transfer when he was signing and I couldn't really understand it then. Rashford is home grown. On 300+ weekly wage, which is top 10 in the league. His fee would be 100% profit, which would help with PSR and lower wage bill significantly. Financially, it makes sense to sell a player that isn't delivering. If he starts scoring goals left right and center, of course I would want him to stay.
14:35 what fools. They’re meant to be journalists 😂 the taxpayers were never intended to pay for the stadium. It was for the surrounding areas which belongs to the council. To help build the area. Which is for the people
By your train of thought, are you going to object when the government takes a large chunk of the future stadium income? Spurs and Everton did their stadium rebuilds privately through their own financing avenues, and it definitely brought benefits to North London in the case for Spurs. Does it make economic nor political sense in the short term for the government to dive deep into an one billion pound ivory tower of Wembley of the North just for the benefit of Manchester United and in turn of 10 national or FA sanctioned matches annually?
This is ESPN journalist Mark Ogden who famously got banned from press conferences by Alex Ferguson and labeled disgrace.
what was the context?
So?
Bruh this is the same ESPN that told us we were prolly getting Southgate or Potter 😂😂😂😂jokers

Defending Rashford is ridiculous.. he had all the support from Ten Hag
They talking about his 30 goal season form, players can not play well for the same manager
Hating rashford is ridiculous, he has proven he can score 30+ .

Manchester United has a large enough squad for Ruben Amorim and he hasn’t asked for new signings in January

I don’t really envy Amorin. It’s a difficult job he has. I would suggest that he gives every player a chance, and make his own judgement.
No spending in summer
We hear this every year by these journalists 🤣

Odgen saying striker isn't a priority, is he having a laugh.

This is just anti-Ten Haag propaganda.

More of these analysts please
ETH begged to get sacked. We all can continue to talk about that deluded man when he did everything just to get that payout.
They have spent $200 on players and manager last 6 months

lol, so they gave all the money Amorim could have spent to Ten Hag😂😂😂😂?
The paint I'm watching is just about dried up, fellas 😂

He’s been a professional journalist working in football for 15+ years. They didn’t just pick a random guy to present the show.

If everything goes well, United will finish 12th in 2 years and eventually get relegated and Amorim will get sacked.
