Id absolutely love to be able to spend 1 day with shawn having him teach me th little tricks h knows. Ive always wanted to learn to tig. But cant afford a decent tig welder. I have a mig tho.
I bought a cheap Chinese tig welder. It actually works excellent. Has all the bells and whistles to weld AC or DC. I can weld razor blades edge to edge with it. So the arc initiation is suttle enough that it doesn't disinegrate the blades.
I so wish the weight plate would get painted..... everything is looking so good but then you see that and the hood, can't wait to see it all finished..
Ordered a carbon hood for it 4 months ago it still hasnt shown up. The weight plate stuff will all get painted when its torn apart and were done welding stuff to it lol
@@jamiepfispeed Hopefully the hood finally gets to you....I know everything is like that these days. This car has turned into a monster! Saw it run at Indy Cleetus n Cars... Thing is viscous! Sounds insane in person too, camera doesn't do it justice...
Looking sick, I hope my manifold etc gets done one day but seems to be a constant battle between space, technology upgrading over the years and lack of money to do it right. Dreams can be a reality but don't expect it tomorrow and be okay with having to sell the dream (and knowing the next person may not care like you or has bigger pockets) I have had money, i now have no money due to health issues but being happy and enjoying what you do can make a huge difference to your life (even if short term)

I just put a pulsar turbo on my evo. So far it's holding at 30 psi, I'll shoot for 40-45 soon with a turbo speed sensor to be sure.
