Watching his fights and celebrations I thought he was a cocky showboater, but he is actually an amazingly kind and knowledgeable master of martial arts 😮😮😮
Lol that’s what I use to think. I used to absolutely despise this guy and think he was a piece of shit. Now he probably one of my favorites. Plus if your friends with wonder boy I feel like that’s a good sign of character
For starting off on the basics. Those were pretty high level techniques. Thank you for the lessons and great foot work. 🙏🏽 I’m still drilling that spinning elbow you broke down for us. 🤙🏽😎
Seemingly one of the few mma strikers operating on this level, full understanding of the positional battles coupled with disciplined footwork and range measurement
Great stuff! Being from point karate background, we used to train distance management all the time with drills similar to this one. Amazing how well this translates into full contact. Looking forward to your next fight! 👊
thanks for the tips bro your a straight savage...gonna try this on my mom if she tells me to clean my room 1 more time...gonna get a performance of the night bonus for sure with this
Hey bro loving the tec videos i havnt trained for a while and im just going back to it , i stopped a while ago when my son was young , but now im going to get going again , my son is 11 and has done a few sessions now down at victory fighting at ed lofts place , its perfect place for him to start out . I remember the 1st fight i see u in , the round house on that dude was insane would of been around 12 years ago i should think , keep hustling mate looking forward to you next 1.
These are some absolute gems. I’ve been learning martial arts on and off for a decade, but these subtleties are things I’ve never been directly taught, or thought of as a part of my strategy. I just need MVP as my teacher 😅
If anyone has ever watched the anime called “Demon Slayer” there’s a character in the show that has a technique where he can see threads(as openings)that are attached to himself and his sword, as well as his opponents. I took inspiration from that and used it into my mma training philosophy, basically everything this entire video has stated as well as a few other additions. Basically there’s thread attached to the “4 instruments of Striking” i like to call it (Hands,Elbows,Knees,Feet) depending on multiple variables such as both fighters stance, reach adv, fighting style and etc. For instance, one ive seen and used, my opponent is using his lead hand to blind or disrupt the vision, usually that can be a thread directly to the jaw if angled correctly. Using a straight line down the inside of the arm directly to the chin. Just a quick example i used personally and seen used in a UFC fight(cant remember the fight) i just find it crazy that an anime show could lead me close to the same theory as a professional mma fighter. Ill be brushing up on my “Thread Method” philosophy now that i seen this. Btw You’re the GOAT brother!
this is like the misdirection psychology that magicians use, showing you something so you dont pay attention to what theyre actually doing. cool as hell
A dream to train with you mvp been a huge fan since I first watched you in bellator love you as a fighter and as a person your a huge reason why I do martial arts love everything you do ❤️💯
If you would assigned to UFC earlier, there's no telling how much more subscribers you would have and what your career would look like today. I still consider you a great fighter, that's why I'm so happy to see what you do in the UFC. You already ran through one promotion
Nice one bro 👊🏽👌🏽 Would still love to see a good look in to the technique behind raising that hand though mate. I can do it but im not quite there yet you know what I mean.😄 It would be a funny one though. Respect
When switching stances , i need a example of the slight back and forward movement you do as well. As simple as this technique in real time with someone in front of you. I understand the pull but the slight bounce might throw me off balance when switching stances
🦁🐯🐻🥋🥊🔬🦐 these are my symbols you put up a good chess match Michael Venom page thank God you never left maybe one of these days I can shake hands with you
MVP when you step into the new stance to set the opponent up for the backhand, would you ever use the Left switch kick as well or is it too complicated at that point?
Let's collaborate Michael! 🥋
This would be amazing!!!
Would love it
Please do it
You suck
Coming to UK? @karatebyjesse

So subtle but so helpful, thanks dog
Love it! I’m going to start adding this to the drills I do.
1st Technique is a favorite of Wonderboy's. So simple but effective.
Aspinall uses it as well
Great video MVP, it's the small details!

Pulling the string is a great way to describe it. When is the next fight brotha? I want to see you knock out strickland and ddp.

Michael we love you 💪❤️
Thank you. Eye opening. Im multi stance, too. Now, i can practice another way to use that to my advantage.
A dream to train with you mvp been a huge fan since I first watched you in bellator love you as a fighter and as a person your a huge reason why I do martial arts love everything you do ❤️💯
Let’s go MVP 🔥
day 2 of asking mvp to teach us his dance moves
@michaelvenompage damn that was brilliant! Thank you
PSA: Wonderboy and MvP are friends and said they won't fight each other in multiple interviews.
Yo, MVP can you do a vid on your head movement?
Damn, this is Gold. Thanksss

MVP! Watching these daily on my commute in the train. Cant wait to learn more from you. Do many gyms teach your style?
Thank you for the instructions. Could you do a video about how you eat when in camp? Like what you eat in a week.

🐍 always treat to watch
I've always wondered how you know when to taunt or showboat in a fight. and if you have any way to counter them if they engage? Love from Ireland 🇮🇪
Thanks for sharing 🙏🏿
MVP.... Should be HDB... Human Drive By ...🥊💥😴... Love to watch you fight, no one quite like MVP...🙏
Wonderboy writing all this down 😅😂
They’re friends and have practiced together
As if Wonderboy doesn't do this technique you gotta watch fights before you talk even in Wonderboy's debut in the UFC he showed this technique.
Quality techniques, thanks for sharing!
I studied your fight against Kevin holland in the meta verse slowed down
God bless
Bro is in the matrix 💸 venom page

Love this. Would be nice to see you demonstrate it at full speed with a training partner in front of you. That way we can really feel the efficacy

Brilliant!
How would you see a fight between you and Ian Garry playing out ?
Garry sparked on the canvas
I use this technique when i play tekken
MVP when you step into the new stance to set the opponent up for the backhand, would you ever use the Left switch kick as well or is it too complicated at that point?
Hi, can you show defense against an aggressive rush from a stronger fighter when he runs into the legs or with boxing Punch es. Thnks 🇭🇷💪

Are we allowed to know this? I've never seen anything like this on other training videos. Secret sauce type stuff 😯👌
