NG stands for "No good". Confirmed by an author of the strategy guide. Nice video and great explanation!
Just a note. For Special Mode Vs 12 level 6, the mission where you start with no ammo, if you go to the complete opposite end of the area that's where your ammo is.
Branman24 here👋. I'm gonna get started on this master collection after Thanksgiving when work slows down. Winter is my time to catch up on platinum trophies. The past year, I got 20 platinum trophies. The 2 most time-consuming was diablo 4 and lords of the fallen. I got over 500 hours just in those 2 platinums 🤦♂️. There were alot of enjoyable platinums this year.

Would you ever consider doing a platinum walkthrough on Baldurs Gate 3? Maybe when there is a really slow time in gaming releases. It's gonna be 2023 game of the year so it definitely deserves a great walkthrough.
Thing is ive never played any of those, Im not even sure what they are like, never ever looked into them.....
@@Optinooby me neither. The only turn-based game I've ever played was FF7 on PS1 back in the 90's and I loved that game. Also I never thought I'd play a soul's like game until I came across your elden ring guide. After I finished elden ring, I platinum every fromsoft game. Demon soul's, DS 1-3, bloodborne, and sekiro. I thought i wouldn't finish sekiro but surprisingly I had the most fun with sekiro. I'm gonna give it a try and maybe it'll turn out like the soul's game's, completely obsessed with it.

Maybe, Started it a while back but never finished, would require a completely fresh go at it as i remember very little. Lets get MGS 2 and 3 done first, then will see. Though maybe best to wait until it releases on PS5.....

@@dr__hennessy5193 mgs5 tpp great game. I have the platinum not too hard except getting all the missions with S rank but with later weapons it gets easier. Cant wait for volume 2 of this collection to play it again and hopefully platinum

In Japan NG is often used to make something as Not Good. You might see it in school work or in sports. I can't be sure but it might mean the NG missions were rejects initially. I think that's how most Japanese would read it without any other context
Edit: the more I think about it the more I think this is correct. It seems like a bunch of left over ideas. Stages with nothing interesting or one was a left over mystery stage. The enemies aren't special, they're dummy placeholders.

Not really begun it yea as working on a guide for something else quickly, but my rough draft on the route so far is 3 playthroughs.
Very Easy, Easy and then Extreme. Though cant recall if its Easy and then Normal, depends if there is Very Easy.
Though this would mean we need to get the Dog Tags on Extreme while also going for Big Boss Rank.
If that seems too hard, then it will be 4 playthroughs.
So 3 Minimum, 4 Max, will see when i get further into it.
Its all because you need 3 different difficulties worth of Dog Tags

@@Bran.man24 I knew that would be well received as there are no other guides that get both done in 2 hours, in fact none others really come close to that. And every1 with the Collection will be doing those at some point

MGS1, (from HD collection 2,3) 4, Peace Walkee, Ground Zeroes 100% Phantom Pain and the 2 old.
About Peace Walker, it have if i remember 2 ,3 online trophies. The one is annoying if you can't boost it. Other than that, see Peace Walker like a Phantom Pain but without the open world. Need to get S rank on all missions etc. i highly recommend to give it a try. ❤️💎
Good to know that it works on Integral. What's the status of the collection now? I'm still holding out for a sale/more patches.

@@bikeman223 Yes, thats why i played it for. It also lets you skip the 5 - 10 minute cutscene with Liquid before the final boss, dont think the others do
Funny i just finished these missions 10 minutes ago. What a grind but not very hard
Opti u mentioned that to unlock the ninja missions u need to beat the game on hardest difficulty but thats not what happened to me. I finished the game only on very easy and the ninja missions were grey but after doing all the other vr missions those unlocked wihtout getting thr fox codename which ive yet to do

I have already done the platinum via Special Missions but would like easy access to the Ninja missions in 60hz. Does anybody know the requirements to unlock on Integral via the lowest story difficulty possible? I guess it would be the one higher than very easy but i need to know time limit, kills and alerts etc
Apparently the separate 'VR Missions' (NA) now unlock the trophy.
As for Integral, yea Easy and above and for the highest rank on each difficulty, I believe its the same requirements for all, 4 or less alerts, under 3 hours, 25 or less kills etc
