amazing to see bf4 run on integrated graphics from like a year after it released, played it for a long time with a gt 730 (at a slightly higher resolution 75% of 900p) and got similar performance.

Oh wow! So, the photo store I used to work in used to use those PCs in their instant printing kiosks. CiT case that looks like a discount Inwin Chopin, VESA mount, Gigabyte MB (H97n, I believe). I ended up repurposing them after the kiosks got replaced. Not sure which company was assembling them, but the photo printing company we worked with was Cewe. Never had chance to do any gaming with the kiosks, sadly ☹️

Glad to feel that my "high end" gaming PC from 2014 (gtx 770 and i7 4770) is a beast once again after watching this
Once upon a time, I was very interested in getting one of those cheap chY-knees X99 Mobo kits that come with a Haswell based 2011 V3 socket and a Xeon CPU with a ram kit, etc.
I did some research at the time and discovered that there were a few V3 Xeons that had integrated graphics. If I remember right, the HD 4000P graphics were actually the most capable.
I never bought one, so I was never able to test it out but, maybe it's something you may want to test-out. Regardless, I love this kind of content. Thank you.
P.S. That GPU advice is spot on if ya ask me. gtx 650/750 seems perfect.

Good video. I never played games on this particular cpu BUT I did play Batman: Arkham Asylum on Intel HD 4600's graphics on a 4790 cpu. It played at about 35fps at 720 low settings, it was alright.
I got an i5 with those integrated graphics as well, will test it eventually :)
Try playing pubg on that gpu and cpu, its an absolute nightmare
Used to play valorant on 40-50 fps on i3 5th gen 4gb Ram laptop took a lot of optimization for it to run the game. 4 years completed and now my laptop is dead.

In fact the big X on the side is a VESA mount for the computer to be fixed behind the screen. Quite useful when you want to spare some space.
How fckin accurate.. Recently I got an i3 4170 for my PC what's like 1-3% better than this, but essentially the same. Couldnt find the time to benchmark so can't wait to see you do it for me. :D Thank you!!
As always, you can get higher FPS on any DDR3 based system, Just by disabling the High Precision Event Timer aka HPET from Device Manager.

I remember using this GPU for few weeks before finally finding a used GTX 760 for under 100euros.
For easy to run games I played it was more than fine (World of Tanks at low easily hit 100FPS+ at 1080p).
War Thunder tho in tank games struggled to exceed 40FPS in ULQ mode.

I still use a 4130 with 8gb ram today as my main music production computer. I used to play elite dangerous on it until my radion 6870 failed. But its still my main computer 10 years after i built it. Only upgrades I've done are 2 SSDs. Does the job for me, quite speedy and not sluggish. Couldn't say the same for a 10 year old motherboard/ cpu combo 10 years ago!

my first pc also got the same specs and used it for 2 years then upgraded to ryzen 5 5600 and 1650 super and the upgrade was worth every penny

I have an Acer sff with 4130 and it games pretty well actually. Even with 4GB ram. And well, it uses Batocera. Honestly, for that purpose this chip is pretty darn good, plenty of gameplay on offer even with that igpu - if you are into retro emulation, that is. These machines are dirt cheap today

My gpu is actually the Intel HD 4600, running with 12gb RAM on a SFF PC. Not too far from this. Still firing several games!

Yes, I remember 2 years ago when I had pretty much the same processor (Core i3 4130) with the same iGPU and it was terrible.
After that I upgraded to a Core i5 4590 and a RX 550... I was surprised, it's like 4x the performance I get from the old rig.
