Big bikes on the trail ain’t no joke. I ride a 23 Rally Pro and almost immediately I knew that fire roads would be my off road 😂. Glad you guys went out in a group. Nothing like good friends for adventure support!

For sure. Always good to have other people around. We had fun and learned a few things.

I feel your struggle. I bought a 790 adv. and it was scary how big it is. Got trapped under it once. Decided to go back to lighter bike for my 64 year old body. I now have a KTM 500 exc-f. I can deal with the high seat height. I'm 6'2"'

Oh wow. Sorry to hear that. That's scary getting trapped under the bike. The Africa Twin is my friends bike. I rode it a couple times and it's a nice ride but to big for me. My Tiger 900 GT Pro is lighter and smaller and I'm use to it now. I was thinking about down grading at one point but I like the Tiger. I feel like it's just the right size for a short guy like myself. Thanks for watching!

I know wheelie control causes behaviour like that. The bike can't tell if you ride an incline or wheelie which causes it to cut power while riding uphill. Most sources suggest turning wheelie control off completely and reduce the traction control or turn that off as well.
You probably know all that but I thought I mention it anyway :-)

Hi Max. Actually I didn't know that so thank you for bringing that to my attention. It's my friends bike so I don't know how he configured his ride mode but I'll let him know. I know he had traction control off so it might possibly be wheelie control. Thanks again!

Thats a wheelie control shutdown. Done it myself, had traction control (HSTC) off but forgot all about the wheelie control. Head up a steep grade, it thinks front is heading skywards so cuts power. Easy trap. .

Yup we figured that out a couple days later. Kind of annoying if you forget to turn it off.

Bisogna essere propio incoscienti per andare su simili percorsi con moto adatte ad un turismo sí a 360 gradi ma non a situazioni da motocros spinto .
