@@rick9876p glad I read the comments while he was doing it that's exactly what I want to know so I don't need to finish the video cuz well I know how to take it out from the springboard pan I just want to figure out how to get it off the base

I found the answer. Use parchment paper on the bottom and flip it using cake boards, as shown in this video:

Chef U didnt show us how to remove the bottom plate.that is thecreal challenge with these kind of pans

Use a blowtorch to realise it from the sides nice and smoothly then use pallet knife to take from the base and paper if used
