Well wishes being sent to the RF. Caregivers need a respite if they want to continue to be a caregiver. However, I wouldn’t read much into Pippa’s family trip, it was likely planned before Princess Catherine became ill. I’m not implying she doesn’t care for her sister just that her parents have been helping and there is Prince William as well as the nanny and the nurses. Taking a day or two away, one person at a time is good for everyone including Catherine. Pippa has her own family that need her as well.
I would read into it exactly what is said here. You don’t ‘book ‘ trips, when your in laws own the resort, and Pippa would never go if Kate was seriously unwell. We can be more confident because of this

At the moment she is in Norfolk, Anmer Hall. I believe you can write to her office or Anmer Hall. I don't think you can come very close to Anmer Hall to leave flovers.
They are not telling us on purpose. She was at Windsor, then Norfolk, but I’d say she’s was with Carole initially. She and William don’t have a big personal staff at their home.

She was only occupied by insulting her sick father who suffered from hearth attack. We all read the messages about the dresses for little girls. It was nothing important, the dresses were baggy and all had to be repaired. They still looked baggy on the day of the wedding. Princess apologised, send a note and brought MM flowers. And the rude American is still selling the story at every occasion. She ruined her family after she took all the money from her father, she has no compassion with her invalid sister, she ruined her husband's family. There is nothing more to say. The world sees her for what she is and it is not a pretty sight.
For a regular hysterectomy you’re off work for a good 12 weeks and with restrictions. Princess Kate is a Queen in waiting, her medical team will be more careful with her.
Nothing else to worry about people. She’s off work, resting and spending time with her family.
I don't understand why they have to be more careful with her. Being a future queen doesn't make her any more special than any other woman having a hysterectomy. We, of course, have no idea what is actually going on with Kate.

If there was a hysterectomy done, the procedure was a secondary procedure. Something went wrong with one of Catherine's organs. Hysterectomies involve a hospital stay of less than three days normally.

Nobody stays in hospital for 10-12 days. Even for a full hysterectomy. It’s very odd.
