Hi , Found a 2014 touareg for sale and the engine is a 3.0L V6 245 bhp, just like yours. I need the space, but I'm wondering how is the fuel consumption in numbers? how much do you get average urban vs extra-urban. I see you have a more sporty, aggressive style. Not planning to do much city with it, but hopefully the 2014 changed a bit from predecessors in regards to fuel. Thank you!
Thanks for the reply! I currently have a chipped R5, with the tiptronic transmission and air suspension. I never understood SUV's until I drove it, it's a really nice car, although another 50-60 hp would have been awesome (the chip has made it into a different car, much better). People say the engine is bullet-proof though, very reliable and cheap to maintain. Next car will probably be the newer model with the 3 liter, ofc. I have heard good and bad things about the 3.0's reliability, not sure which are true or not... I would appreciate more driving videos, like this one, especially with overtaking on country roads!

Hi can i ask if u got the car and how is the experience
yah not a dsg...it is an 8spd aisin built transmission
8 speed zf
@@jeandupond7941 wrong...it is a aisin
How does it feel compared to the Touareg R5 with chip? Faster and better consumption? It's pretty hard to believe if both are true ^^.
This new Touareg is totally different. Faster, better suspension, lower consumption... This is 3.0 liter engine after all.
