I’ve been visiting Turkiye since 1998 and it’s like a second home to me. Came out in June for 2 weeks and will be there in 21 days for another fortnight. My favourite areas are Fethiye, Ovacik, Hisaronu, Olu Deniz, Bodrum & Bitez. The people are wonderful and the food amazing. I’m 68 and hope I have a few years left to be able to continue my holidays in Turkiye. 💖💖💖🏴🏴🇹🇷🇹🇷
I would say people still nice but become too greedy and most of the times they increasing prices to annoying level that’s you feel that want rip you off
I love this video, how beautiful Mediterranean cost of Türkiye, it’s absolutely stunning water and gorgeous views. Thanks for sharing this video with us. I felt like I was with you guys. I have to say it, you’re very kind and good couple.
i found fethiye in 2004,fell in love with the place, and apart from the 2 years we couldn`t travel due to the pandemic,i have been every year since,i`m going back in march for 9 days, staying in a hotel in karagozler with breakfast for a grand total of £67.00,cant get better than that,i know its low season, but its better than staying at home,
Reminds me so much of boat trip we took in Greece and swimming in clear blue water, amazing. Loved joining in your experience of this, thanks for the great video and amazing footage. ❤️
I'm glad you enjoyed the short voyage. If you are into Scuba Diving or Snorkelling, then you should know that all marine life will come out just before sunset during the twilight. Early in the morning is also a good time for various fish-encounters. When the boats start coming & anchoring, understandably, they disappear. The resort town of Kas (just before Antalya) is Türkiye's best spot for dive excursions. Regarding the color of the water don't be surprised, Fethiye is namely located on the Turquoise Coast, all beaches are blue-flagged. I guess, the next town you are going to visit will be Ölüdeniz. Am I right?
Thanks for the info! ❤️ Yes, next stop is Ölüdeniz, correct ☀️ We will be camping there for a few nights and exploring the abandoned village of Kayaköy and more. Thanks for the support Önen!
What a day ! What a day :) So nice to watch this video And What a surprise you got the moment in your video 5:35 that I felt really pity cause I couldn't got the moment hahahaha Thank you so much Couldn't skip the any single scenes, So nice
If you are going to Olu Deniz you must go up the new cable car, visit the Lagoon, paragliding and watch the sunset with a cocktail. Do the trip to the Saklikent Gorge & Tlos. So many activities so remember your swimming costume. Also take your own rubber shoes instead of hiring them. You definitely need them for the Gorge. Souvenir shops too. You get taken to a fish farm for lunch. Can choose chicken if you wish. At Tlos you climb up to tombs. Absolute amazing day out, sitting at your table with your feet in the icy cold river. 🥶😂💖💖
Good for you! Lucky you! We are happy you have enjoyed that voyage. Enjoy your stay in Turkey. Thank you for your lovely travel vlogs. When you travel together for such a long time you can feel you are a well-matched couple and your affection for each other is much stronger. We can remember our trips to the beautiful Aran Islands (have you ever been to Inis Mór, for example?) or to Tory Island, Gola Island, Aran Island in Donegal and a few other islands in Ireland such as Dalkey Island, Lambay and Ireland's Eye near Howth or to the beautiful islands of Helgoland, Sylt, Amrum, Rügen and Usedom in Germany (have you been to any of them?), Rømø in Denmark... We do not have many islands in Poland but Wolin is really worth visiting. Best wishes, hugs and kisses from Poland, Paweł and Gosia 🌞 🧡 🌤 🌹 ⛱ 🌅 🧡 😊 🌞 🌟 🍀 🇵🇱 🏝 🏖 🌅 🧡 💙
It looks good. Not too many people on the boat. I would prefer to have gone on a small boat when we did a few boat trips. There were lot of people on the ones we went on which was a pain
@@ianreid yeah, we had an experience just a few days ago that was pretty bad.. we hiked to the beach called Soguk Su Koyu which is near Kayaköy and the shore of the beach was just packed with boats blasting music.. it pretty much ruined the beach 🏝
Hi great video we are going in late June could you tell us the boat company you went with please and thank you for the really helpful advice and videos
The name of the island where all the boats stop is "Yassıca Islands". It consists of more than one island and this is the reason why this tour is called 12 islands^^ It's a bit sad that you didn't stop in Göcek for a while, but you wouldn't have lost much. Göcek is a small seaside town and is mostly famous for yacht tourism. Therefore, prices in the town are quite high compared to other regions. Rich yachtsmen from all over the world prefer to stop here to buy gas and supplies, repair their yachts or other things. Maybe you've heard the name of this place on the news because Bill Gates and Amazon's CEO Jeff Bezos especially love this place. If the two are anchored here at the same time, they visit each other and it's always became news lol
The cost of the boats seem to vary a lot. You need to make sure you ask how many they take and the loudest ones look like Pirate ships. The trips are good bit of a joke calling it 12 islands as they dont really go to 12 and so its usually 4 to 5 inlets they stop at.
I am so sorry guys talking about that I see two chinese people in the boats very cold people how I know here in Canada to much chinese very cold people
What a day! We love this place 🇹🇷
I’m glad you guys enjoying ❤️greetings from Newyork
Did you book the boat trip on the spot or online?

Yes in Turkiye, especially in country sides, sometimes, you can almost read the road signs without getting out of your car and using a magnifier.
Definitely kas

Yes it was a good experience!
You have to be careful some of the smaller boats just hog the shoreline and dont go out as far as this boat did

Where do we get this boat to visit 12 islands does this depart from Fethiye or Oludenez?
Departs from Fethiye! There’s lots of options for boat trips in Fethiye, more than in Ölüdeniz
