my driver side brake shoe was dragging after I installed new shoes. watching this video I found that the e-brake wasn't set right. thanks for the walk through.
I was taught that at least you should hone the wheel cylinders, but at best get new ones. Yes, you have to bleed, but there are failures due to using old cylinders. The other thing is you should re-surface the drums or get a new ones.
Ok AutoZone duralast brand brake cyclinder is small in diameter and there is a rubber gaskets back side to meet the plate but AutoZone has a gasket that comes with them but mine is missing one so I placed a older one that's loose and but gasket maker on it to but I hope that doesn't make any difference but let me know it my first time doing drums on this car or drums but it's a 2003 zx2 SC Ford and there was now left or right on the duralast cyclinders but the car was all a original in my case because I owned this car as new but really don't drive it much as a daddy with lots of kids so this car sits a lot but once set up a time and most of us were out the us states and that cyclinders in this video is the original so u know this car is in maintenance shape in the rear drums area as mine and do any know the kit change out to disc brakes

also i would use a camera on a cell phone and take photos. then can look at the photo and the brake job when done
