Thank you so much sir.....your lectures are very helpful....these cleared my all doubts....after watching them, it becomes easy for me to understand cpc
Yes sir.....when I search cpc notes for help on youtube ,then because of same surname, first of all I opened ur video notes and I got fully satisfied with ur notes....from that day till now whenever I face any prblm regarding any topic of cpc, I take help from ur notes everytime....Thanks alot sir...you are doing a great job for students ....ur notes are very helpful in such a pandemic situation😊👍🏻
sir sabse pehle apka bhot bhot dhanyawaad for uploading these lectures.. any coaching institute would easily charge atleast 1-2 lakhs and still they can not teach like you... sir my question to you is... why is it necessary for court to take consent of JD under rule 68? and what if vo apna consent na de??? and in such situation what options does court have? please explain
In RULE 67(3) IT IS WRITTEN THAT IT SHALL NOT BE NECESSARY TO MAKE A SEPARATE PROCLAMATION FOR EACH LOT. But, Sir,, you are saying it is necessary.. how?
Sir with all the respect to you, There is contradiction in what you have explained in fourth part of Claus (C) of sub-section 1 of section 73 and sub-rule 2 of rule 15 of order 21. Please explain sir......
Single decree in which number of decree holder r there under Order 21 rule 15, whereas sec 73 deals with number of decrees and number of decree holder. So alot of difference r there, plz read carefully.
Sir 13:00 section 73 (1) (c) SECOND AND FOURTH POINT sir scond ch jad decree holder nu amount deti fer fourth vich fer de rhi aan? Smjh ni lgga pls reply
Under Sec 1 Proviso (C) second preference is given - To the Amount due under the decree? Can you tell me what is an amount that can be due under the decree?
Oh sorry sir for the silly mistake on my part I am referring to Sec 73(1)(C) The particular text is- "Secondly,in discharging the amount due under the decree" I just want to know what is the meaning of the above text?? What can be the amount due on a decree?
Execution of the decree is done to give it's fruit to decree holder, so if the property is sold in execution then obviously me deduct the expense of sale and then will the amount due to the decree holder, this is What the amount due in decree
Sir agar kisi bhi main statute me state amendment hui hai, or fir uss satate se ek or state ban jae, to kya nae state me b vhi amendment laagu hogi ya nahi hogi ya ratification zaroori h ?
State amendments work within his jurisdiction and once his part is separated and converted into another state then that amendments are not applicable to new states
Sir je decree holder sidhi property la lainda ..thn execution and cost da khrcha bach janda..but is da reason ki a k decree holder and aunction karn wala officer purchase ni kr skda property??
Sir, under R-67, sub-rule (3) if property is divided into lots for the purpose of being sold separately, then is it necessary to make a separate proclamation for each lot
It depends upon the time gap, property sold in lots with a time gap of 1 day can be mentioned in one proclamation. The purpose is to give intimation to the public at large regarding the sale of property.
Rule 67(3) clears the picture that court might order for separate proclamation in the interest of justice. Else a general rule is that a single proclamation is sufficient
