About SGD 30 to SGD 40 for taxis. Grab (e-hailing similar to Uber) is usually cheaper than taxis. If mobility is not an issue, the MRT is the cheapest and my preferred mode (they also have 1-2-3 days passes).

Depending on the connection time,walking is easiest. The terminals are very well connected. There is also an internal rail but then.. depends on your connections.
